I absolutely hate award shows but I must admit, this show was VERY entertaining. I usually just watch opening numbers, then switch the channel. Love NPH and loved the show. Now I want to go to NY and see all these shows. Wish I didnt live so far away…… sigh!!

If he did say it (which I admit it does sound like the n-word was dropped). It was an accidental swap of letters. Not intentional at all. People need to settle down.

I also thought I'd heard him say that, so I rewound the tape. Because obviously they wouldn't allow that word

definitely sounds like he said it to me. But sound can be deceiving, so who knows. I would think that he wouldn't bother denying it if he had…

The night is bigger… pretty clear to me.

Definitely said "the night.. or oh right… it's bigger" whatever the first few words were, the end was very clearly "it's bigger" which goes along with the rest of the song.

The Daily Mail, where this idiocy started is a right wing reactionary rag, that will do anything to vilify a liberal, let alone a gay liberal. Even Perez Hilton should have enough sense to ignore them.

Re: Chrid – Mario doesn't have the sense of a retarded goat. You should know that by now. :P

It sounded like he said the word, but I'd find it hard to believe that NPH would do that. I don't need your crappy videos and hypocritical indignation, you ugly homo, to come to that conclusion. You do him no favors by posting shit like this because you're such a two-faced scumbag. I'm not the only one who remembers you throwing out the pheg bomb at will.i.am's manager.

He definatly said bigger, I don't know where the confusion is? It's just something being made of nothing

Leave it to the media to try and taint a perfectly wonderful performance. NPH would never say that or even think to say that. The media needs to gets its racist mind out of the gutter.

ok, he said "bigger" a million times throughout the song…that is clearly what was supposed to be said… "the night is bigger," and if he had said the N word, it was clearly unintentional… He should just be praised for being able to put on that amazing opening number (which had a lot of tongue twisters in it), rather than being unjustly scrutinized. I am sure if any of those people bashing him tried to do the same, a lot more worse things would have happened. People should stop being so critical.
