That's because people probably won't pay to see it.

I will never see any of Brad Pitt's films. Never! He's such a dirty and filthy looking drugged out drunk scum bringing up his ex Jennifer to get publicity. He's done it before when he had a movie to push and he did it again putting her down. I won't miss an Aniston film and will see them over again for they are great but his, not a shot. He will forever have with his live in Angelina International PR from the babies they bought and he's right his life then was dull compared to his pretend fun life now when he's bought kids from all over but the USA ORPHANS they ignore. WELL BRAD GO THERE TO SELL YOUR ILM AND STAY AWAY FROM THE USA. You are only rich, not classy and soon with the kids who have no discipline you raise, when they grow up and emulate your bad habits and worse and they will for they are out of control now … GOOD .. won't be dull … and I don't need fifty dollars or popcorn .. Brad has no appeal as his last films prove.

Marketing in overdrive. I suppose if the offer comes with a Blu-ray Disc instead of just a regular DVD, that's a minimum $29.99 value. The stream compared to what's offered on cable On Demand previews is as high as $9.95 and then in San Francisco, a pair of movie tickets can range from $18-$30 depending if the screening is in XD or 3D so if you look at the value of the $50 that way, it isn't so outrageous. It just means they are getting a pre-commitment to support the many possible movie offers.

Re: val – could you be REALLY honest about what you feel about Brad? Jeez is it really that heavy. You weren't apart of their daily marriage issues. Consider you are judging Brad on surface information. And as far as his scruffy look, everyone knows when he decides to play on his looks, the guy is still gorgeous. But to each his own.

Fifty bucks for a movie? I didn't like this gouging crap when entertainers started the V.I.P. tickets stuff, and I personally won't be signing up for a fifty buck matinee, either.
When is enough enough? Why not give folks a BREAK instead, with things the way they are.
