Chris Brown Resurrects Aaliyah For Don't Think They Know! Watch It HERE!

| Filed under: Music MinuteChris Brown

DEEP!

Chris Brown has unveiled the music video for Don't Think They Know featuring Aaliyah's unreleased vocals.

Wait, didn't Aaliyah die back in 2001 in a plane crash??!

Breezy uses an almost TOO eery hologram of the late songstress AND also takes the song's heavy subject matter as an opportunity to discuss gang and gun violence.

We're overwhelmed!

Sure, we appreciate that he's using his star power to bring attention to the scary conditions of places like South Central, but bringing Aaliyah back from the dead is serious enough on its own!!!

At least this time Chris is causing controversy for a good cause??!

Ch-ch-check out the rap star take it to the streets (above)!!!

Pretty cocky of him to assume she'd even like him enough to collaborate.

The song is dope, but i don't like the video much. I'm a fan of Chris because he's very talented. I don't judge when it comes to his personal life. As long as he's making good music, I'm listening all day!!!!

Sounds kind of repetitive. He is capable of better. I don't understand why two women are fighting over him. Must be good in bed.

1)I dont think Aaliyah would willingly collaborate with a woman beater.
2)WHY IS THERE NO REFERENCE TO JON B!? This mfka pretty much jacked his chorus straight from him

Most people don't even know who Aaliyah was… I do though and her voice sounds so beautiful. I actually like the song and video. It makes me sad though I really loved Aaliyah.

Re: K.Love – Oh my gosh right?! People sit and judge every little thing he does like they know him personally. They judge his music like "It's all for Rihanna" and his personal life like they were there for everything that he did. People are so hungry to hate on him for no reason. What happened in 2009 shouldn't matter in 2013. Everyone makes mistakes. Just because his is different from others, doesn't mean they can sit there and judge him. Chris Brown is an R&B artist! As long as he is making good music. I don't see the big freaking deal. He is here as an artist, not to be everyone's friend. And I'm pretty sure Aaliyah would have LOVED to collaborate with Chris. He has pure talent! That's all artists look at when they collaborate, they don't look at each others pasts and mistakes. I mean don't people know that the internet makes things 10x worse then it really is?! They have to sell with BIG HEADLINES even if they're lies. People are just addicted to the drama, that's why they believe it all! Team Breezy all day, everyday!

Re: Leonia – your rambling is ridiculous lol to some people….liking an artist goes past the music. when the artist is a cool…nice person….you like them even more….and if they aren't….it can make a big enough difference in how you see their music or them as an artist. its that simple.

I wish people would stop saying Aaliyah wouldn't work with Brown

Ok, I get the hate for Chris Brown. but we don't know if she would or wouldn't. She didn't seem like a the kind of person to hate anyone

Oh hell naw he did not just use her beautiful vocals and put them on a song about how hes beaten and cheated on rihanna but its ok because public doesnt know them like that gtfoh!!!! Had the song actually had something to do with gun violence ok but the song was about his messed up ass relationship with Rihanna, this is weak as hell he needs to move on! And on a side note Ima need all these unworthy bustas to stop hoppin on tracks with her, they dont DESERVE an Aaliyah feature.

Aaliyah is and has always been a constant source of inspiration to me. She was someone who was poised and graceful, someone with tact and integrity. And it is because I strive to be like her that I won't say what I *really* want to say to you for bringing her name up the way you have. I'll just say that I found it utterly distasteful and disrespectful the way you talked about her here. There were so many other things you could have said other than "Wait, didn't Aaliyah die back in 2001 in a plane crash??!"

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. In the future, it'd be nice if you could refrain from using such insensitive comments regarding people who've passed on. It's the respectful thing to do.

I think its utterly disgusting how you talk about Aaliyah here. No respect for the deceased.
