It’s shaping up to be Rihanna’s year!

Earlier this morning, the singer broke Justin Bieber’s record as the most viewed artist on YouTube!

Her 77 official VEVO channel videos have garnered over 3.784 billion views versus the Bieb’s 3.782 billion. No fooling around here, folks!

That said, RiRi has an impressive 8.73 million subscribers to JB’s 4.9 million, so it's not exactly an equal fight. But this is still INSANE!!

Think Justin will win back his former title anytime soon??

Congrats, lady!!! We don’t doubt that bigger things await!

Not a big surprise. Rihanna has a new song every 2 weeks (and I'm not trying to defend Justin Bieber, I don't like him either).

No big deal. But here is the real comparison: Rihanna, late over half a dozen times to concerts-no publicity, that's fine; Bieber, late to concerts-all over the media and condemned-
Rihanna caught using pot and other drugs, no problem. Bieber on seen holding pot once at party-horrors!

Re: lila222 – Yes, he is and he has the awards [between 60-100] between 5-6 years to prove it. Also has been praised by Julio Eglesias, Simon Cal, Will.i. am, Billboard executive in an article, Ryan Secrest, and many others as very talented. Article showed most people who hate him have never been to his concerts nor heard anything beyond a few of his songs-google it.

This fight is unfair! I'm defending the Biebs. He had the most views with only 4.9 million subscribers. And Rih only reached the no.1 only now with 8.7 mill subscribers

No doubt at all that Justin Bieber's next music video will push him back on top. I agree Rihanna seems to have a new video like every month or so. When it comes to popularity contests Justin has no equals with his army of Beliebers guaranteeing him any award presented that has fans voting for their favorite.

Well of course since Rihanna has more music video's and has a new song every 2 months. Bieber is way bigger 'artist' then her to me. She is very bad live sometimes and can't even dance, never writes her songs or produces them. Bieber wrote and co-produced his entire album 'Believe' and can dance as well and sing pretty good acoustic. I know to haters it's hard to accept it but face it, Rihanna's famous since 2006 and is 25, Bieber is since 2009 and only 19 yet he already surpassed many legends and broke records. Very soon Bieber will take his crown back just wait and see.

Re: Kristin231 – oh and rihanna is ? come on, let's be fair here without ignorance and hate rihanna's great but bieber sounds better sometimes and plays instruments, wrote many of his songs and is maturing his music. rihanna's longer in the industry still kinda sucks and her lame fans compare her to queen b which is so delusional and lame. have a seat please
