Paula Deen's TODAY Show Interview Beats GMA In Ratings!!

paula deen today ratings

Err, silver lining?!

It turns out Paula Deen’s TODAY show interview on Wednesday morning topped morning talk show ratings, much to the chagrin of Good Morning America!

The NBC show garnered an impressive 4.84 million versus GMA’s 4.67!

What’s more, this was the first time since Hurricane Sandy coverage in November that the TODAY show outperformed their rival show!!

Guess all they needed was a major celebrity faux pas to put them over the edge…

This happened over twenty years ago. Isn't there more relevant news to report on? This isn't news, it's a hatchet job!

Much ado about nothing! I wonder if there would be this much of a fuss if a Black celebrity called a White person a "Cracker" or some other equally insensitive name.

Can we all remember we're not talking about a persecuted saint or even a misunderstood artist, but the inventor of deepfried sausage-on-a-stick? Here's a musical reminder to try to keep our senses of humor about Ms. Deen -
