This makes his unfortunate passing that much more devastating!

By most accounts, Cory Monteith and Lea Michele were totally happy in the weeks leading up to his death in Canada!

In fact, the two of them were seen together in June on the shoot for Mexico's Marie Claire!

Cory visited the set during the cover shoot and subsequent interview, but nothing seemed amiss!

Editor-in-Chief Ariadne Grant revealed:

"[She] showed another side of her personality, softer and more innocent on the interview when she got all excited with some questions. That side was even more evident when Cory showed up almost at the end of the session. She was very happy about him being there… They were both very nice and obviously happy and in love."

While the magazine didn't pull the Lea interview or cover, or even shy away from discussing the couple's relationship in the wake of the tragedy, Marie Claire's editor promises she feels heartbroken.

She added:

"We are very disrupted by the unfortunate and untimely events. Our thoughts are with Lea."

Ugh! It's just all so sad!

I guess being a typical self absorbed actress, how clueless was she?

what is with this? is it like damage control or something? If people don't like her it's never going to happen. quit trying to make it a thing. yes, we're sorry she lost her boyfriend but this constant trying to shove their happiness down our throats only makes us question it more.
