If there’s anyone we'd like to see make an Inch into something bigger, it’s Neil Patrick Harris!
As we reported last month, the Emmy Award-winning actor will be taking his talents back to Broadway to star in next year’s production of one of our personal faves, Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
So how does NPH plan to prep for the all the AH-mazing singing/dancing/gender bending the show requires? He said this weekend at the premiere of his new movie, The Smurfs 2:
"I'm going to have to do a lot of shaving and tucking.”
Let us know if you need help! LOLz!!!
While Neil also declared at the premiere he would be Acrobat Smurf, he indicated that when it comes to wearing Hedwig’s heels on stage he’d like to stay a little more firmly on the ground:
"I'm hoping they're going to be platform shoes and not proper heels. I think [show co-creator and original star John Cameron Mitchell] in Hedwig originally wore boots cause it's a lot of stomping and jumping around. We'll see."
Yes, we DEF will see! Count on it, NPH!
