How hard this must be, but we hope it also provides some closure and peace for Lea Michele.

We can't imagine she would ever not want to be involved in planning the Glee tribute episode for Cory Monteith, which will appear as the third episode next season, but we are amazed to hear she's apparently taking the lead in planning the touching and emotional episode.

An insider has revealed Lea is all about making sure Cory's memory is handled properly. The insider said:

"The producers are still going back and forth on what they want to do and clearing music for his tribute. The meetings are lengthy and Lea is a part of them to make sure everything is just right."

We are so impressed with how strong Lea has been this whole time, and we're sure Cory would be happy.

We're also so proud she's been able to move forward with her professional and personal life at the pace that feels just right for her.

Our thoughts are still with the cast as they prepare for this difficult episode!

speaking from a person who had this very same tragedy 20years ago…LEA SEEMS TO BE "HANDELING" THIS TOO WELL PLEASE SOMEONE WATCH HER SO SHE DOESNT HAVE A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN-SHE IS TOO YOUNG TO BE THIS "STRONG'

Perez Im starting to get sick of this subject, this 30year old man was a drug addict, Lea is not strong. She's getting paid top dollar to go back to work, she's just doing her job….home gurl was in a relationship with a drug addict, stop trying to make it romantic.

Re: lacroix – home girl?!..really..wow…people like u are un fuckin real..how is he making this look romantic in ANY way?…Ya Cory did drugs…doesn't make him a bad person…it's 2013…get a clue and realize that addiction is a disease..not a choice

Re: Just..wow- It is a choice; he CHOSE to take drugs which led to an addiction. He was not innocent; no one held him down and forced him to take drugs.

Re: Just..wow – He's making it look romantic by stressing her ridiculous devotion to the loser, you stupid shit. Monteith was a selfish druggie, but he probably had to die to get rid of Lea Michele and her control-freak ways; it might've been the only way out. Drug addiction is not a DISEASE; it's called that so insurance companies will have to pay for treatment. Each and very time someone uses, a CHOICE is made. Monteith had been to rehab, got out clean, and CHOSE to use again. So YOU need to get a fucking clue and stop making excuses for the selfish losers who choose to destroy their lives and the lives of others.

Like one stupid episode of Glee will bring her 'closure and peace'!! She just lost the guy that she thought that she would spend the rest of her life with. What sort of idiot are you? Leave her alone.

Re: Just..wow – Cory was a drug addict and a loser. Drug addicts are typically losers and bad people. They lie and steal when they have to. Lea is not being strong, she is just trying to go on in life and that is not going to be easy. Perez thinks that this will provide her with 'closure and peace'. How short sighted is that.

How can all of you be so cruel ADDICTION IS A DISEASE! I have dealt with family members fighting this battle my whole life get a clue! My heart is heavy to all affected by this and all fighting this battle.

No one knows for sure if Lea is handling all this well & being strong. Everyone handles then loss of someone differently, so I wouldn't worry abt her having any sort of mental breakdown. :(
She will heal like we all do…..in our own time. :)

Speaking from the point of view of a widow, you are in complete shock for the first year. You function somehow, but you're not totally there. No one should pick on this poor girl, she will not be over this for a long time.

Re: Love Lilly Pu – Too true Lily, I lost my husband and soul mate a little over 4 years ago, after the first year the bands around your heart start to loosen but you never forget.

Re: lacroix – That is not okay. Just because she is famous does not mean she is made of steel. People handle their grief in different ways and for you to judge that is disgusting. Despite what anyone thinks we know nothing about the personal lives of these people and how much they may or may not have loved each other. Rest In Peace Cory, you will be missed.
