Scott Disick is standing by his woman!!!

Despite a serious paternity lawsuit that puts Mason's biological daddy into question, Kourtney Kardashian and her beau are still finding time for a romantic sushi date.

The reality TV lovers enjoyed dinner for two at Sugarfish Sushi in Calabasas yesterday.

We're going to assume their means Kourt is pretty confident Scott really is the baby daddy.

Scott seems like such an asshat.
I am no fan of the Whole Kar family….but she could do WAY better than this creepy, hanger-on. What else does he have going o for him but Kourtney and the Kar money?
He needs to get over himself….he has nothing but this rich, silly family.

Just because she denies the model is the baby daddy doesn't mean she denies sleeping with him. I'm going to assume, based on this family's track record, she banged that guy like a screen door in a hurricane.

Partly just to say something positive, she looks adorable.

Re: MissEvonne – haahha. Im with u on this one. Maybe he's not the father, but def she F*k him …anyways, she makes Scott miserable, that bitch has always the same expresssion on her face: NONE. She doesnt care about anything or anyone. Just like her family, as u said it very well , "according to the track records:" ….

I think they should go on Maury to find out!

Obviously they already know the outcome, Scott would have only had to have a paternity test to prove he's Mason's father. So, that being said, it's either A) Scott isn't the Daddy and they are just in a holding pattern waiting for the truth to be made public or B) He IS the Dad, and they aren't making the results public (which would nip the case in the bud) just for publicity!

I am sure no Kardashian fan, but i think this so called model is a real jerk. Everyone knows he does not care about the boy its all about the money and the 15 min of fame he can get. If she was Krortney (any name except Kardashian) he would be so long gone you would not see or hear from him. Scott is no winner but he is the only father that the boy knows so they need to work it out. I hope for once this Kardashian did not screw up and have this guy baby.

Please, can everyone (including YOU, Perez!) please unwad his panties over this lawsuit?

Michael Girgenti will fail in his attempts both to prove custody and gain custody of the boy. Auntie Yonkers, who coveniently happens to work in New York City Family Court, will explain why.

Do not assume that the DNA test is a slam-dunk. Girgenti has ASKED the court to order DNA testing to prove his allegation that he ought to be named the legal father of Mason Disick. The court, however, can always DENY the request, and I think it will.

All of family law is based on a single criterion: what best serves the interest of the child? The Kardashian/Disick attorneys know this, and they will move for estoppel. The judge will conduct an estoppel hearing to determine if Mason has formed a strong impression that Scott is his father, if Scott has done nothing to discourage this impression, and if Scott has held himself out to be the father. If all of these things are true, then the judge will llikely rule that ordering DNA, which could open the door to a change in paternity, would NOT be in Mason's best interest because it would be too traumatic and cruel to tell this little boy, oops this guy here is really your father and Scott is just Mommy's friend.

No DNA means no legal paternity, and no legal paternity means no custody. I think that Girgenti will leave the courtroom empty-handed. He simply filed this petition too late, is all.

Re: Dianabbb – See my rant of Saturday, August 10 re: Girgenti's constitutional right file this petition. His filing does not make him a jerk, but he certainly didn't file at an optimal time to get the result he wanted. If you're trying to replace soneone else as a legal father, the more likely you'll succeed the earlier you file. Children developing normally start to form opinions as to the identities of their fathers around the time of the second birthday. This puts Michael Girgenti twenty months past the expiration date!
