We're pretty sure this star-studded split is going to have people picking sides.
And now we're getting a little look at their rocky relationship!

Although one 55-year old man probably wanted Taylor Swift to please just say yes to his love story by attempting to give her his number, the only number that was dialed as a result was
And rightfully so!
Joseph Bernatche from Portland, Maine was arrested after attempting to pass a note to Taylor via her guards, which asked her to call him.
But apparently there were a lot of shenanigans going on, because security thought he was trouble when he walked in, and now he's lying on the cold hard ground…of a jail cell, probably!
“We deny that Mr. Bernatche was ever on Ms. Swift’s property. The security guards have a job to do and I don’t blame them. They do what they think they have to do. In this case, I think they were just being overly zealous, overly cautious."
Michael has claimed that Joseph wasn't even caught red handed on the Red-singer's property:
“Mr. Bernatche showed up and parked at the house next to Taylor Swift’s. He was carrying a note [with his phone number on it]. He signals to the security guard to come down and hands him the note. He says, ‘I’m not here to trespass, I’m just here to deliver this note. If you would kindly give this to Taylor Swift, that’s my sole purpose for being here.’ The security guard reads the note, gets the license plate, and my client walks away. [Bernatche] was driving away from Ms. Swift’s property when he was stopped and arrested by the Westerly Police.”
Whatever the truth turns out to be, Taylor's security has made it clear that they're are never, ever getting back together with Joseph.
Did we mention this was the second time dude was caught for trespassing on Taylor's property? Creepy!!
Guards are trained to smell fishy business whenever possible, so clearly something must have been up — something much heavier than a simple 'call me' for them to have acted the way they did! We're just glad Taylor's safe!
