Good for her. She's just be hung out to dry once again.

It's very clear that she killed her friend. She's as guilty as Casey Anthony and both of them deserve to rot in jail for the rest of their days for what they did.

  3. 3

she got away with murder, who would be stupid enough to go back.

  4. 4

Re: Jene – You base this on WHAT? She was wrongly accused and wrongly tried! Get a brain, then post your opinion! IDIOT!

Re: shaygirl1309 – ALL of your posts are idiotic! Are you a stay at home mom, bored out of her mind?

  6. 6

I'm conflicted with this story because I wonder what really happened. Nobody will ever know but what I do know is that the Italian court and its investigators/prosecutors who handled this case were a bunch of idiots.

Malibu- there is a ton of evidence that confirms her guilt- she will be back in prison by 2014

Re: Winnah Chicken Dinnah – LIAR
There is a ton of forensic evidence that exonerates her. I personally do not like her, but she has been tried and convicted because she is not a warm female!

Re: pradagirl7 – I was unsure until I read a book based on the facts in the case. There is no DNA, not one shred of evidence that she had anything to do with this murder. Plus, she has an alibi, she was with her boyfriend. She got a text from her boss telling her not to come to work, she replied "OK, see you later." The Italian police ran with that, they thought she was literally meeting him later. The guy in prison, Rudy Guede, actually confessed to the crime, left DNA on and INSIDE Amanda and all over that house. He said the police added that Amanda was with him. They didn't want her boyfriend, they wanted Amanda. Rudy Guede's foster family is the wealthiest family in that town. That's why the prosecutor tried to minimize his part in the crime. There is no evidence to say Amanda was there. Don't believe what the Italian police released to the media. Read the book yourself, you'll see that she is innocent.

Why would she be so stupid to go back!! The bumbling Italian legal system needs to leave her alone. She didn't kill anyone. She has more than paid the price for her drug use…enough is enough. There was NO real evidence against her to begin with. What a joke the Italian legal system is. Go life a good life and be happy Amanda. You have earned it.

Re: Winnah Chicken Dinnah – Even if she's convicted, the US won't extradite her. She's not going back to jail for this.

  12. 12

If the girl would stop crying for 5 minutes maybe we could take her more seriously. All she does is bawl constantly.

  13. 13

There is not a single shred of evidence that shows Amanda had any part in this. Not even DNA and she lived there. She did not murder her friend.

You have to be the biggest moron in the world step foot in Italy after she was previously found guilty before. I mean she could possible not leave ever for doing so.

Hell no. They better not retry this. They never had me convinced she did it. What a waste of money on the Italians part. Do not go Amanda. Shit go into wpp instead!

If you think Denise`s story is inconceivable,, 5 weaks-ago my friend's cousin basically also got paid $5562 working 40 hours a month from there house and their buddy's sister`s neighbour has been doing this for three months and easily made over $5562 in there spare time on there labtop. apply the instructions from this site…,

A retrial potentially pits a U.S. constitutional ban on double jeopardy, or being tried twice for the same offense after an acquittal, against international extradition agreements.
    She could be extradited.

Don't know why they don't just leave her alone! She is smart not to return to a witch hunt in Italy! I never believed that she was guilty, and those that do need to study the facts.

  23. Ciccio says – reply to this

    23

What do you all say to the fact that SHE requested the appeal in the first place? Since she requested the appeal, and if she is convicted, how could that be double jeopardy? Don't forget, the crime was committed in ITALY. She is being tried in ITALY under ITALIAN LAW. And this time, ALL the evidence against her will be taken into account, as mandated by the Italian Supreme Court.

The appeals trial showed that virtually all the crucial evidence used in the original trial to convict Knox and Sollecito was faulty, erroneous, worthless, or manipulated. In addition, evidence that could have exonerated them was lost or mishandled. For example, the hard drive on Sollecito's computer, which could have shown he was on his computer during the time of the murder, was "fried” by investigators as they supposedly tried to copy it. Salacious, false, and misleading details were leaked to the press, poisoning the reputation of the American girl. This was particularly effective since jurors were not sequestered or forbidden from reading and discussing the case while the trial was ongoing. In fact it is a common tactic even though it is strictly forbidden by the Italian law of segreto istruttorio. Ms Knox would be absolutely mad to return to this twilight zone of legal absurdity.

  25. 25

This cold bitch is guilty as hell. No surprise she's too scared to face another trial coz she knows she'll be back in jail. She only got released on a technicality.

I don't know the details about this case, but its funny to see that when someone does a crime outside of their country people jump to their defense. Same thing happened with Madeleine's parents. Since it happened in Portugal (most portuguese firmly think they're guilty), the british jumped to their defense despite some really shady attitudes from the parents.

  29. 29

Re: shaygirl1309 – I completely agree with you.

  30. 30

Re: @v@ – They won't extradite her, they'll try her in absentia, and she'll never be able to set foot in Italy again for the rest of her life.

  31. Diana says – reply to this

    31

Re: Lasqueesha – She may be a BIT##… However, there is no forensic evidence to convict her, and the original prosecution botched the investigation so bad, that the only one that can be shown to be guilty is Rudy Guede. Justice systems worldwide will never admit they mad a mistake, and would rather have innocent people in jail admit that they were wrong.

If anybody wants to understand the reasons why Amanda Knox was convicted of murder, I recommend reading the translations of the official court documents and court testimony. They are available online at the Meredith Kercher Wiki website:
