OMG! These are some SERIOUS allegations that Kate Gosselin is making!

The famous mommy of 8 claims her ex-husband Jon Gosselin hacked into her computer and used what he found to publish a tell-all book about her!

Now Kate has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against him accusing Jon of wiretapping, computer hacking, identity theft and invasion of privacy!

Yikes!!!

Jon allegedly conspired with Robert Hoffman, the author of Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, to illegally tap and access Kate's bank accounts, phone lines, computers and email accounts in order to dig up dirt to use for the book!

That book hit store shelves in 2012 but was soon pulled from major distributors like Amazon after charges were made that the material inside was obtained illegally!

Hoffman reportedly claims that the info he used to write the tell-all was found after rummaging through Kate's trash!

Kate's lawsuit clearly alleges though that Jon helped Hoffman steal the data off of Kate's personal computer. And she wants justice!

And money!

Before Kate and Jon divorced in 2009, the pair became über famous with their TLC show Jon and Kate Plus 8, which featured the couple raising their twin girls and sextuplet toddlers.

Those were certainly happier times!

With each upsetting piece of news that comes out about this family, we can't help but think of the kids.

Shame, shame, shame…

    I don't care.

Just one more reason I do not use online banking and seldom buy online and only from secure sites. My email has been hacked twice, it is a pain but just called AT&T and they reset my password (fingers crossed now).

Interesting that she is suing for invasion of privacy, wiretapping etc but she is NOT suing for libel or defamation. So she's not saying that the horrible stories about her are untrue, just that they should have remained private!

Kate doesn't have a leg to stand on. She knew about this alleged hacking and such back in 2009. She states in her papers that were filed with the court she just became aware of this recently. She had 2 years from the date of knowing such information to file a suit, she did not so the statute of limitations will be what causes this to be thrown out.
