We can only imagine how hard this week has been on the cast of Glee.
Right now, the TV series is filming their final goodbye to Finn Hudson, the character played by Cory Monteith.
As we had heard earlier, the episode has left nearly no one on the set with a dry eye as the Gleeks pay tribute to their fallen friend the best way they know how.
Naya Rivera commented at the VMAs Sunday night about just how hard the experience has been for her. She told reporters:
"It's the worst thing that's ever happened to me. It is the hardest thing to do. It's been the worst week ever."
Darren Criss also admitted to struggling to get through this week's shoot but also said he knows just how important this episode is. He explained:
"We're shooting it right now. It's tough to shoot. It's something that needs to happen for the fans. I don't know; it's going to be tough. But it will be very poignant and hopefully very moving, and just that: a tribute. Hopefully it will be a good tribute to Cory."
We can only hope that by doing this episode, the cast and crew gets some closure after losing someone so near and dear to them.
Stay strong guys!
