Sean Kingston Facing Gang Rape Lawsuit Claiming He Assaulted A Woman With Two Others!

sean kingston sued over alleged gang rape

We SO hope this isn't true!

We're hearing absolutely horrible news that Sean Kingston is being sued over an alleged gang rape that went down at his hotel room in 2010.

Carissa Capeloto reportedly claims that she was raped by Sean, his bodyguard and a member from his band after his concert in Seattle. She claims she had been smoking pot and drinking vodka, which made her incapable of consent.

It's reported she had gone to Sean's room for a meet-and-greet when she allegedly entered the room to find him naked. She claims that is when the rape occurred as the bodyguard picked her up and put her on the bed. The police were reportedly called after her friend entered the room and saw what was going on.

She supposedly says that she was later taken to a hospital where she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Now, Carissa reportedly wants $5 million minimum because of the physical, mental and emotional trauma.

The criminal case was dropped in 2010 after police determined Carissa wasn't credible enough to pursue the case. Sean has claimed the sex was consensual.

The two are set for trial in November.

We're not sure if any of this is true, but Sean sure is getting accused of a lot of bad things lately and that's NOT a good road to go down.

It wouldn't surprise me for a minute if this bottom-feeding yard ape was guilty.

Maybe he can use the Robin Thicke defence - 'I knew she wanted it'.

After what I've read regarding this case, I believe Carissa and her friend. I hope she wins the suit and gets some counseling to help her heal. With that said, Re: rosebud99 – . . . stop with the whole accusatory reactions to Robin Thicke and “Blurred Lines”. Is he douche-y/cocky in the song? Yes. Is the song about rape? No.

Re: rosebud99 – Did you know that the line, 'I knew she wanted it', used to be a reasonable defence for rape? It was very common for men to claim that their rape victims were just saying no because they were 'good girls', but they really wanted it. Then finally, we got consent laws. Robin Thicke's song is saying that consent is a blurred line. It sets us back about 30 years. It is most definitely about rape. Worse than that it makes rape sound like no big deal - just fun.

Re: rosebud99 – Yes, I know about how rapists use(d) those words as their defense (ridiculous!). But Robin Thicke singing, “I know you want it” does not translate into, “I know you want it, and I’m going to force it.” More proof? Look at the lyrics at the end of the chorus, “The way you grab me, must wanna get nasty, go ahead get at me”. The last part, “go ahead get at me” clearly puts the ball in the girls court by telling her to make a move. In other words, he’s saying he knows the girl is turned on and is telling her to make her move. There are so many songs out there that actually do imply rape, etc. to get up in arms about that actually do set us back 30 years. But is this song one of them and about rape? No. Does it imply a cocky douche? Most definitely.

Re: WillowWynde – I see your point and I guess it is up for interpretation - my problem with phrases like 'the way you grab me, you must want to get nasty', is the assumption that one behaviour ie. dirty dancing, means more than it actually does. Girls should be able to have some fun without men deciding that they want to get nasty. Yes, he does say, 'go ahead and get me', but those few words are lost in the repetitive message, 'I know you want it'. But I do agree - he is a douche.
