One of the best parts about Naya Rivera giving interviews is that she always has great, thoughtful answers.
And who doesn’t love some sincerity?!
So, when the Glee star covered October’s issue of Latina, we couldn’t wait to read what she had to say.
“We know so many who are in the public eye dating somebody, and they‘re going in through back entrances and won’t make eye contact with each other. That’s just not us.”
And thank goodness it isn’t because we love seeing these two being so happy!
Miz Rivera also talked about her role as Santana in Glee, and being an icon for the LGBT community, saying:
“There are very few ethnic LGBT characters on television, so I am honored to represent them. I love supporting this cause, but it’s a big responsibility, and sometimes it’s a lot of pressure on me.”
As usual, Naya’s candor is only making us love her more.
Keep doing your thang, gurl!
