I am (TMIM), and I think you need to be 19 to drink and feel stripper titts in the VIP lounge in Canada, so I don't know what to say….

Alcohol addiction, if it gets out of control, is bad shit, so drink responsibly???

Uh…. you have to at least be over 25 and able to grow 20 hairs on your face, at least one of them being grey, before you can be dubbed "the most interesting man in the world"???

  3. 3

In the USA, if a 19 year old gets caught drinking a beer they are "DIAGNOSED" with the DISEASE OF ALCOHOLISM & LABELED FOR LIFE an "ALCOHOLIC, requiring intense Alcohol Treatment dozens of times, and mandated by the courts to convert to the 12-Step religious AA cult and attend AA meeting for the rest of their lives…

In Canada, a 19 year old who drinks a beer IS JUST DRINKING A BEER…no big deal!

You would think that would apply to the writing skills on here. Just god awful.

Not this kid. This kid is a self-indulgent twat who has more money than sense. I can see trying to get into bars because that's where the fun is when you're a kid. But this guy acts like he's royalty and it's just plain ridiculous. We'll soon find him laying on the sidewalk in front of some club all alone either overdosed or self-inflicted, with no fans, no body guards, nothing. Give him 3-5 more years and he's done.

  6. 6

Is he the only teen on the planet who has had a beer? Is it such a big deal? The One Direction kids have drank without any big deal mad of it. Selena Gomez drank before she was 21. Why the constant monitoring of this kids life by the media?

  7. 7

Where is the picture or video proving he had a beer? The bar says they did not serve alcohol to him.

  8. 8

Re: irvinegirl – I have been to dozens of clubs over the years and seen guys and girls drink who were underaged aside from pot and other things.

Everyone's been drinking before 21, but because he is Justin Bieber, this is a top story and a scandal. I feel bad for him sometimes ;)

    So where's the picture bitch??

I see. Already people claiming Canada law is valid all over the world or JB never left Canada, so it can't be illegal. LOL

He doesn't have to be a good role model for young boys. But miley has to be a good role model for young girls. So drink up Justin! enjoy being male! The sexists of society dont care if young BOYS have good role models.

Crying women (MADD) created the drinking age of 21 and whining women will one day create the fucking age of 21. My dad met my mom when she was 19 and he was 40s already so you can imagine the hell he went thru for the next 30 years. "dirty old man". He couldnt get rid of her or that label. And the whining women who called him that label for having such a young wife, will ONE DAY create the fucking age of 21. Noway women want men over 40 dating 19 year olds. So, off to jail. So in 2040 twenty one will be the age of adulthood to appease crybabies. Unless…. we always protest 21. We should be protesting that drinking age.

  14. 14

Re: Loooooood – Justin is not encouraging kids to do drugs or to drink. What he does personally is his business. They are both old enough. In the case of Justin nobody would know about him drinking a beer if nosy people did not report on it or take pics . We would not be talking about it and there would be nothing for people to be disturbed about.

Hey yeah, I know that because he is not in Canada, he should be following the rules of where he is, I just meant, I am not going to get all "oh, no!… that little alcoholic bastard!" Because where I come from, 19 is the legal drinking age (I think… it could be 18, or even 21 now, I don't know, I don't really care either…).

Nothing against it, I rarely drink, I will sometimes, but I see it like depending on the attitude of a person, alcohol is one of the worst things a person can be addicted to, no matter what the age. I was drinking at 15 years old. Never had a problem with it, and now I'll have a few drinks once a year, or even 2 years. I have known really bad alcoholics, who needed a few good punches right in the fucking face, and I've know alcoholics who were piss drunk 24/7, never said a word, especially a negative word, didn't cause shit, and lived to 72 years old.

Anyway we could send him and Kim K to some island in the middle of nowhere and never have to hear from them again..These 2 spoiled delusional people are the downfall of America.. they represent everything that is wrong with this country.. we can send her mom too now that think about it.. These people do nothing but represent greed and disrespect. Please can they go away for good and never come back.

Re: cardonaivando – Because we want to and also because he's a total douchebag. But dont feel bad for the Biebs, he has the potential for being the world's biggest douchebag for years to come! Bieber Fever….Barf!

  18. 18

Re: Shuuullip – I agreed with you until you brought up Miley. Dont bring Miley into a sentence containing the word "role model" because it clearly doesnt apply to her! She's an anti role model and fully deserves all the public censor she receives. And if you are still feeling bad about it, then dont because she's being compensated with millions for being portrayed as America's Slut.

Just google 'justin bieber's dad.' His father is a thug and so he is becoming. There is no surprise that this kid transformed from a polite, humble boy to a tattooed thug. It's in his DNA!

Re: Zoey_Graham – disagree,,, those people are not being looked up to by young people who don't know better

  24. 24

Re: bcb – Young people look up to The rappers, Rolling Stones, Green Day, Gaga, Corey Haim, Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Lief Garret, Cory Monteith, probably Joe Jonas, heavy metal performers, and hundreds of other celebrities-guess what they have in common? Drug use. A lot of these are older than Justin and supposedly should know better; but Justin who PRIVATELY NOT PUBLICLY might smoke pot once in a while seems to be the only one criticized.

  25. 25

Re: bcb – The whole thing about him having a beer once in a while even in an establishment that gives a pass to celebrities, is so over the top stupid. You would think he's putting beer in your little children's little hands-they are your responsibility not his. Parents should put down their drugs and alcohol and look after their kids.

  26. 26

Re: Jesy – Justin is not a drug user. He has only smoked pot[as millions of your kids do including adults] on occasion. If he were to try hard drugs like heroin, that would be a cause for concern but he is aware of what hard drugs can do and I am sure will not end up like those young celebrities we hear about.

  27. 27

One last comment and I am finished with this nonsense. Why are people like Amy Wienhouse and Whitney Houston honored with awards and accolades[ they were talented] in spite of heavy drug and alcohol abuse? Should they not have know better since they were older? Yet Justin, years youger, is constanly trashed over a lousy blunt or beer on occasion? He has talent too

Re: irvinegirl – What an absolute twit you are! A 19 year old who is out living his life to the fullest which is exactly what Justin Bieber is doing, is hardly an out of control drug addict or alcoholic! Justin is entitled to have fun on his days off just like any other normal person his age. He in the middle of his Believe World Tour so what he chooses to do on his days off is his business.. Justin works hard, so let him play hard if he chooses.

Re: ONIT – Well at least finally someone is pointing out the ridiculousness of America's legal age limit to consume alcohol.. How any one could possibly defend laws that allow you to vote as well as serve and die for your country at the age of 18, yet deny you the right to consume alcohol in some states until you are 21. Justin Bieber may inadvertently shed some light on the hypocrisy of these drinking age laws. FYI, Canada's drinking laws are 18 in 3 provinces and 19 in the rest of the country. Guess what? The sky has never fallen in Canada because of it!!!

Now I know why there seems to be so many American teens in Alberta, Canada where I live in the bars on weekends. The legal age limit here is 18, to drink or purchase liquor and yes that includes being in strip clubs. And yet, in spite of that, there has been no incidents of raining of fire and brimstone from the skies! Seems rather pathetic that young Americans make a weekend out of club hopping in Canada because their own country denies them that right back home! Justin is just making a point in his own way I guess, whether he meant to or not.

Have fun Justin, just don't over do it aight. I haven't been to Htown in so long , I've gotta fly down there and check this club out. I used to go to all those clubs there, the names change so much it's hard to keep up. You prolly won't see this anyway, just realize Justin that you have been super, super blessed man. Don't trust everybody bc they will try and get whatever they can.

I'm usually on the other side and by no means typically defend him. But he is given a hard time for this. Okay he should respect drinking laws, if anything because he should know it'll get out. But he isn't a child, he can legally drink in most other countries (I believe so anyway). And, to be fair, considering his age and the accessibility he has to everything, you have to give him credit, as he isn't seen stumbling around drunk like many other celebs his age (I'm from the UK, and there are many messy drunks!). Even for smoking weed he's given far to hard a time compared to others. Now if he can just pull up his bloody trousers and stop dressing like crap I'm sure he'd stop annoying so many people!
