first time you watch, passengers may pay some attention ~ after that it will be primarily ignored by most is my guess.

and i think it is disturbing to call paying passengers "guests" on board a flight. i for one when on a plane would prefer they put budget into plane maintenance, quality flight crew and not into a cheesy instructional video

Nothing new. Philippine Airlines started actually this a couple of years ago with their domestic flights. They have their flight attendants dance to show air safety. Watch it on youtube.

Flew them this past May from LAX to Cancun, they were great and had a good schedule and you could order drinks or food or snacks from the onboard screen in front of your seatback. The attendants were great about making sure I had a wheelchair assist (have bad mobility problems).
The year before I flew United (UA, VA and Delta are the only airlines flying nonstop to Cancun). They were very professional and got the job done but were also a bit impersonal although one nice stew got me a bandage since I had cut my hand earlier that day and it started bleeding again inflight.
