The brazilian government would save money if they just cleaned the paint themselves. That country can't be wasting cash jailing people for petty crimes. Its not a superpower. They have plenty of real criminals to chase.

Re: xenOxiTronica – Stupid bitch whore, they should toss the little bitch-ass motherfucker in jail. If he deserves it, he deserves it, and, if anything, they should make the Biebz clean the mess he left in Rio and pay for whatever shit he needs to do said cleaning.

Fuck you, you dirty little skank.

This is laughable to say the least… Brazil has hit a new low it seems, bad enough that it can't or wont deal with it's own notoriously corrupt police forces, now it's attention has been focused on Justin Bieber.. A phone call and a big fat check is all it will take to make this go away.. As if they are truly serious about this, with the amount of crime there and that isn't including what the police and military forces have committed. Now they committed themselves to bringing a 19 year old to account? A "hefty fine" indeed, more like a big fat cheque to either a police chief or someone within the federal government… This so called crime will disappear within a week at most, just watch! And then Justin will be publicly welcomed to return.. !

I'm happy. I think he did a good thing doing this.

This way, Brazil will be free of him for quite some time.

His fans will grow up and he'll start to fall, like all they do.

Or maybe next time he comes, he will be man enough to leave a brothel without hiding under a bedsheet. Quite frankly, what the hell girls see in this loser?

  13. 13

Do you have pictures of him tagging the hotel or just the legal ones where you are making him out to be a jerk even though he was invited to spray paint.

    Re: ok_then
First of all 18 years old is the legal age in Brazil, so it's a crime and he's able to suffer it's consequences just like he was able to party at stripper clubs and all that shit. That Justin shit it's not being noticed here cuz really, every fucking country has more issues to deal with than a spoiled brat that left his country to fuck up ours. But before he was officialy charged discussions about the event were common and we're not happy with it. I'm not against graffiti at all if you have the building owner's approval, but it's so ridiculous that Bieber even got any approval when our youth suffers so much oppression when graffiting. Anyway, we've got bigger troubles like EVERY other country has it's own, but that does not mean we're gonna close our eyes to offenses like that, especially from a person with so much visibility.

    15

FINALLY! At least the Brazilians know how to deal with this creature. No favouritism or light treatment just because he's a Celebrity. Throw the bitch and jail and leave him there for all time. Get him out of the music business.

Oh, and naturally, Bieber's fangirls are gonna be busy thinking up excuses for this.

Re: Liat – Maybe so, but he still broke a law, regardless of how trivial it seems. It could have been a misunderstanding, but from what we've seen of him, I wouldn't be surprised if this had just been an issue of entitlement. He should have respected their laws and boundaries, but he seemingly chose not to. Yes, Brazil has better things to worry about, but fair is fair. It's refreshing to see a celebrity not star treatment for once.

  18. 18

I call this story BS. If he was going to be prosecuted they know where he stays in Brazil, they know where he is, why didn't they go and arrest him then? More stupid publicity for this little untalented bastard.

  19. 19

Thing is they gave permission and where are the pictures of Justin tagging the hotel!

Anyway i doubt it will be hard for Justin to avoid Brazil! It's not that hard!

You don't have to like Bieber to know that there are millions of girls in every fucking country in the world that would happily drop their panties for him. And now you think that he paid for it! Ok

This makes no sense, if he knew he could face consequences for moving spots then why would he post pictures of it on instagram? Plus the severity of the "charges" seem a little extreme don't you think? Just more people trying to make him look like an insensitive jerk, when he's not.

This is almost funny. My wife is Brazilian. We travel there often. The country is awash in graffiti. It's all over the place (in the poorer neighborhoods, that is). Try it where the people with money live and no one will hear from you again if the police catch up with you. Bieber must have done his artwork in the wrong side of town.

They could take the fine out of the money he donated from his concerts to their country as wll as the fact such concerts help their local economy. Anyway, he does not have to go there again

  25. JOHN SOUTHEAST says – reply to this

    25

The brazil police is trying to decide weather not to fine him because he did have permission from the city hall for another wall. He will take the fine I think it only 100 dollars not bad.

  26. JOHN SOUTHEAST says – reply to this

    26

Re: The Truthinator – hey they are trying to decide to have him pay a fine or not. Their he going to pay the fine. If he knew it wasn't illegal but he did have permission on the other wall. He going to pay the fine and it will be the end of it.

  27. ivan says – reply to this

    27

Re: ivan – So send him to Brazil so he could paint over their walls; get ready in case they try to fine him too.

  28. ivan says – reply to this

    28

A little history lessons for the kids: graffiti is as old as mankind; it was not a crime until recently. The cave man, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Mayas, and others painted on walls. Justin Bieber, I know you will be shocked, did not invent graffiti. It's a shame people are making such a big deal over a mistake, if it was such.

Re: goldenyearsgal – I am sure if it was your favorite artist you would feel differently; but since it's someone you don't like, hang him! there are people who commit worse crimes here who get less time such as pedos and murderers[if they are teens]

    Hahahhahahahha, IS THIS A JOKE?

The brazilian goverment doesn't arrest anyone, come on!
ONly poor people, goverment loves to fuck with those.

You can steal, kill, stab, fuck, rob or prettu much do anything in Brazil, it's almost lawless if you´ve got cash.
Not even moral standard stand too high around here.

No worries for his fans…jailhouse doors only opens if you're a law abiding citizen.

Re: Makka – Brazil Is just another south american country with an outrageous homicide rate and no invention. The hillbilly state of alabama was granted more patents than the entire country of Brazil in recent years. They file few patents for new inventions and technology compared to the top 3 asian countries and the usa (japan being the most inventive country on earth.. beating america). It has a homicide rate of 25 per 100,000 people making it more than twice as violent as russia (the most violent non Inuit european country). My dads region of europe only has a homicide rate of 1.5. His country…. less than 1. Brazil is a mess…and its a mess because they think they arent one. Nobodies fixes what they dont know needs fixing.

How come you have never apologized for all the comments you have made about him for things that were eventually proven to bogus and nothing ever came of it? Simple, you are so filled with hate for him you automatically think he is guilty of everything negative said about him. What a life you must lead to have so much hate in your life! Pathetic!!!

all this for a wall that a gallon of paint a roller and 5 bucks to pay a homeless person (they have lots there) would erase the fact it was ever there. really, in the time it took to get this story up and going it could have been repainted.. stupid. spray paint on a wall is not forever. get a grip people. and what do they say? oh ya, there is no such thing as bad publicity.
