For those of you keeping score at home, that brings their grand total of charges to brought against the reality stars to 41. Teresa and Joe already pled "not guilty" to the first 39 charges earlier this summer.

According to the folks throwing the book at them, the Giudices lied in 2005 while applying for a mortgage loan worth over $350k. If convicted, each charge could translate into 30 years in jail and a whopping $1 million fine.

I like how her fans always try to make her out to be some hardworking businesswoman. She's only ever been a working gal when she applies for loans.
