Chris Brown Does Not Want To Show Up To Court In D.C.!

Clearly, Chris Brown and D.C. do not mix well, and in fact, Breezy is trying to stay away from our Nation's capitol, and it's not because the Washington Memorial fills him with rage!

We reported earlier how Chris was ordered to 90 days of rehab after allegedly tossing a rock through the windshield of his mom's car!

Uh, well, that's one way to have a smash hit…

However, there's a slight legal conundrum afoot! Chris' presence is required for his D.C. hearing, since it's a misdemeanor case, on Monday, but he's also required to stay in rehab!

Ugh, he's totally stuck between a rock and a windshield on this one!

Chris' lawyer Mark Geragos has tried asking the prosecutors involved with the assault case if they were okay with Chris not showing up to court, but alas, they were not!

Now, Mark has filed legal documents asking the D.C. judge to give Chris a pass on showing up to his hearing. No word yet if the judge will let him stay in rehab, or telecommute via hologram (if Tupac isn't using it, of course).

Wow, Chris has a full dance card when it comes to his legal matters! The judicial system should just give him court side seats!

His attorney is blowing smoke. If you listen to the judge when last in court, he clearly agreed the Chris was free to attend the Monday court date.

The judges need to start realizing that if they keep giving this Douche a free-pass every time he commits a violent offence, he will eventually kill someone.

His appointment book is getting pretty full with stuff he isn't going to get paid for.
Has he ever been assessed for, say, dyslexia or ADD or learning dis.? His problems could stem from something that could be accounted for and addressed to help make things better for his decision making process.

*sigh* i swear!!….chris has won the heart of many fans and peers alike, a lot of us including Rihanna had forgiven him. time and time again, we have either looked the other way or found an excuse or stuck by his side nonetheless. (including his mother) dont know why he was upset to throw a rock in his mom's car but im telling you… his die hard fans are gonna slowly but surely give up on him if he continues at this rate…FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CHRIS!!!! SORT YOURSELF OUT BEFORE YOU COMPLETELY RUIN YOURSELF!!!

I was contemplating if he had a great PR team, they wud suggest he try to stay away from clubs for a while n divert his promotion elsewhere…i was even thinking he should quit the biz for a bit before it ruins him n any prospect for a future livelihood in it..but ALAS! that wouldnt solve much, because critics n paparazzi alike wud still sniff him out n try to torment n jeer him into a frenzy…so the best solution is really for him to confront whatever demons that are riding him.

The rock thing was a terrible impulsive and knee-jerk decision. If anyone wants the best for you, it's your mother. Peel back the layers with communication; be man enought to talk it out, and confront your faulty thinking and your faulty conclusions. People are not out for you. They are trying to properly guide and protect you from others and from yourself.
