Yup, she won for country AND pop. She can do two genres effortlessly.

Another load of crap, its not that I don't like Taylor Swift, I just don't think she deserves to still be winning country awards when she doesn't make country music anymore. Miranda and Carrie are being slighted and they deserve it much more. Taylor swift's fans are just way more powerful :/

She isn't even country anymore and yet she still continues to receive country awards. Leave them to the country artist and start competing in your own category swift! People need to take a listen to her music and realize it's completely pop. She's a sell out!

I love how these brainless judges for these award shows still think that Taylor Swift sings Country music. What's even more sickening is that her latest album, "Red", won "Best Country Album" at the AMAs. So let me get this garbage straight. "WANEGBT", "Red", and "22" are COUNTRY songs? If those songs are so COUNTRY, then why don't they start handing out COUNTRY awards to Lady Gaga for her "Country roads" version of "Born This Way" or Katy Perry for "Roar." Most Country songs on the radio these days anyway are so full of pop that even pop stations themselves have been playing a lot more of it. Other closeted "Country" artists like "Florida Georgia Line" and Luke Bryan (who started out sounding more Country) are not doing the genre any favors, either.
