The talk is GAY-GAY-GAY for Britney Spears

Baby, one more time!

In a new interview, B. Spears is dishing on her GBFs (gay best friends) and icon status in the LGBT community!

She revealed that Britney Jean might be the gayest album she's ever written - and many of her male bestiez inspired the deepest tracks:

"I get inspiration from them on almost all of my songs. They're somewhat girls, so it's so inspiring to do stuff that they like to hear, like the cool 'in' stuff. Whatever I do for each record is definitely inspired by them."

We know her crew helped the pop princess view Work B*tch as a term of endearment, so Brit Brit always asks them for input on everything - including their fetch and exciting slang:

"I don't really know that much. I mean, I hang out with gays all the time. They always surprise me. It changes weekly, you know?"

No matter what you're in to, we KNOW any fan is mega excited to buy Brit's new album…TODAY!

Can you tell which songs were inspired by her "adorable and hilarious" gay crew?!

You better take an educated guess, B*tch!

love her! hope people don't call her "girl" reference offensive tho! the album is awesome!

The girl reference is offensive, and idiotic.

Gays are girls…thanks for stereotyping and grouping together an entire sexual orientation into the pre conceived identities that bigot, homophobic pricks so willingly use to disparage us. Are you ill in the head and therefore unable to realise how fucking offensive what you said is? And how it will and is leading to bullying of gay people in the world, gay teens even who are faced with this type of elementary school bullshit? I am so fucking enraged by this. You should be ashamed of yourself.

How stupid to take what she said offensive! I mean all of you must be the "typical" American that waits on anything that comes out of a celebrities mouth to run with it and scream it was disrespectful! I'm gay and I happen to love her and everything she said! So SHUT THE FUCK UP RETARDS!

I'm gay and in no way am I a girl, now would I ever consider myself girly. The way Britney speaks about gay people sounds like she's talking about a different species, that is what is offensive. She refers to us as though we are not human. I'm not offended by slurs or the use of the word "gay" or "f**got" but when someone speaks of gay people as though they are less than human, that's what is offensive.

As a gay person, I can't help but sigh a little. The sad truth is she really doesn't seem to know better and she thinks that this is a compliment. Oh Britney >_<

My name is James, and I am born and raised in Scotland, United Kingdom. I take offence to this. It's backwards, biggoted and small minded type thinking. It is really offensive and completely ridiculous that this website would publish this without any comment.
And the use of the word Retard in a disparaging format only adds to how little you have to offer to this conversation.

Re: Yeah Whatever Asshole – do you have a life outside of this site?

May have not been the right comparison but idiots can see she isn't trying to be offensive so stop crying over every little thing . . . please.

Oh Britney. I'm sure she meant well, but it's sad when people act like gay people are commodities and not, you know, people.

  11. James says – reply to this

'idiots can see she isn't trying to be offensive'

She should know better and be better, rather than use that type of talk. I mean, christ! It's infuriating!!!

Her comments are offensive and isn't she just making nice after naming some homophobe as her favorite author?Don't be so easily fooled. She's just trying to sell albums.

  13. 13

She's got that right. Gays are NOT real men.

    @ MAD DOG

What am I then? I am a son, a brother and a friend to many people. I'm a good person at heart, who takes offence to this type of prejudicial thinking and bullying. I am a man and I never write comments on these types of issues, but this really is ridiculous and I find it flabergasting that a gay man so famous as Perez, would publish this type of article and overlook such a blatant use of homophobic behaviour that has been used in this instance.

So… I am a gay man too, and that's just it… I'm a man. I've always loved Britney but for a superstar who is surrounded by gay men and women to make a statement that only reinforces the stereotypes that us as gay individuals have been fighting against is completely disappointing on so many levels. What bothers me more is that we have to read this on Perezhilton.com - where the blogger himself doesn't seem fazed by the comment at all - most likely because he is the biggest hypocrite going. I am not going to bother being offended by this, and I am not going to bash Britney either because it doesn't make me any better if I respond with hate.
    Think before you speak.

She must have had smart people handling her because on her own she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

  18. KC says – reply to this

I don't find it offensive. It kind of seems to me she lives in a little bubble and her only contact with gays are the ones that either work for her or with her. She seems a little out of touch.

  19. KC says – reply to this

Although, I do agree with an above poster, if someone else had said it, particularly a male celebrity, Perez would have been all over them.

Re: Yeah Whatever Asshole – Your username is exactly my reply to your stupid comment… She didn't say anything offensive… SINCE WHEN IS IT OFFENSIVE TO BE A GIRL? She said "They're KINDA like girls" and she specified: "They are into the cool "in" stuff", so there's ABSOLUTELY not offense there, since she's SURROUNDED by gay people and LOVES them, like she said and if you follow her since the beginning of her career, you know it's true. So bye, bitch! ;)

  21. BritneyQueen90 says – reply to this

Re: James – It's actually A FUCKING FACT! There's a study that shows gay men's brain is almost identical to str8 women's brain and gay women's brain to str8 men's brain… Google it!

  22. BritneyQueen90 says – reply to this

Re: Grrrtruth – Do a research before looking like a total idiot… those of us who follow her since the beginning of her career know she's surrounded by gays and loves them! She has SEVERAL gay friends, she has talked about us before, WHEN ASKED and always said something nice, she has performed in gay clubs, her "Onyx Hotel Tour" included some gay stuff, and let's not forget SHE FUCKING KISSED MADONNA! So…

  23. BritneyQueen90 says – reply to this

Re: KMD – FIGHTING AGAINST? Have you seen the Gay Pride Parades? I'm gay too, obviously… but come on! And you should know better, like you say she's SURROUNDED by gay people and LOVES them, and she FUCKING KISSED MADONNA, so she didn't mean ANYTHING bad, she even specified that we are into the cool "in" stuff like girls, and that's what she meant. YOU'RE ALL IDIOTS for not getting it… FUCK!

  24. James says – reply to this

It's like trying to talk to a bunch of inexperienced monkeys.

What she said was a stereotyping, close minded judgment. She grouped an entire group of people into the same word, a word that homophobes use to bully gay men. End of.

  25. 25

What a horrible thing to say…offensive, but then look at her demograffic. She caters to the lowest common denominator of people.
