Hillary Clinton Remembers Nelson Mandela As A "Giant Among Us!"

Just as President Barack Obama said, now Nelson Mandela truly belongs to the ages.

Meanwhile his former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton continued off the President's praise, offering up her own words of remembrance today in a speech describing Mandela as a "giant among us:"

"[S]omeone who, by the power of his example, demonstrated unequivocally how each can choose how we will respond to those injustices, and grievances, those sorrows and tragedies that afflict all of human kind…I was always struck by the extraordinary depth of his self-knowledge, of his awareness about how hard it is to live a life of integrity, of service. But to combine within himself the contradictions he lived with – a lawyer and a freedom fighter, a prisoner and a leader, a man of anger and of forgiveness. I only hope that as we both mourn and celebrate the passing of this universally recognized and beloved figure that we remember that he became that as a result of an enormous amount of hard work on himself.”

What a beautiful speech! We're sure that if Nelson were alive to witness all the praise, love, and recognition he's been getting, he'd be truly honored.

Rest in peace, Nelson! Now, you are truly free.

How is he great? He's just another black leader who has done nothing to end the scourge of black on black violence in south africa and the world. If anything, south africans should be THANKING racists for building what is basically the most successful of all black countries on earth. If racists hadn't done that, south africa would be just another uganda with a flesh eating cannibal genocidal madman for a leader like Idi amin. Racists built industry there. He's a good man though but he didn't free blacks there. Whites of america and europe did via sanctions.

What doesn't make the western news is the ongoing xenophobic killings black south africans are committing against black Zimbabwean illegal aliens (the "illegal mexicans" of south africa). Thats the black african idea of being free. "lets get rid of the white racist south africans so they cant stop us from killing the illegal zimbabweans in our country. Stupid inferior zimbabweans "

    Dear Partners,

President Obama said in his speech at Nelson Mandela’s memorial that we should all ask ourselves how well we are applying Nelson Mandela’s lessons.

The facts that the United States government has not liberated Puerto Rico’s political prisoner Oscar López Rivera, and decolonized Puerto Rico prove that President Obama obviously is not applying them at all! How easy it is to find fault in others, and never see our own. Nevertheless, Nelson Mandela has taught us that together we can make miracles happen!
