| Filed under: Music MinuteKacey Musgraves

Ah, it's nice to hear an upbeat and positive song every once in a while!

Especially one about doing what you want with your own life and not caring about what anyone else says!

Kacey Musgraves released her music video for her positive song titled Follow Your Arrow, and we think gurlfriend has a hit on her hands!

She could be well on her way to being the next Taylor Swift! They are both country cuties, and Kacey is nominated for a few Grammys!

Who knows!

Take a look at her fun music video for Follow Your Arrow (above)!

Give it up she sucks and her lyrics are trash which explains why you like it.

I love this song. Saw her perform it on the CMA's and she was great. Sure it isn't an insanely deep song but it is just fun and positive! I think she has a very unique voice and she is just gorgeous.

You guys are basing her music off of Perez's opinion. Don't do that. Anything that supports homosexuals he will 100% support. But forget about him, he means nothing. This girl is wonderful. Listen to her entire album. Her lyrics are clever and thoughtful, and her music is more relatable than most of what's out there today. And she's a better musician than Taylor Swift (and she actually crosses country music with pop, which Taylor is straying from), and I love Taylor. It's a wonder (to me) that she didn't get a Grammy nomination for Album of The Year, because it was critically lauded. Her music videos are all awful, though. But she's one of the best artists who have come onto the scene in years. Forget about Perez and what he says, because he's atrocious. But give this beautiful woman a chance. Not the deepest song, but I'd rather hear this on repeat than "Wrecking Ball" or "Blurred Lines." Lovely girl.

Kacey is awesome. Her album is hands down one of the best C.D's I have bought in a long time. The song may not be like novel written by William Thoreau, but it does send a great message about being yourself and allowing others to be themselves. I love it!!!! I love her interviews as well, she seems like a real down to earth chick. Go KACEY!!!!
