While the whole world sat down in front of their TV for Carrie Underwood's debut as Maria Von Trapp, there was one significant woman who missed the premiere all together!
Julie Andrews, the woman who starred as Maria in the 1965 film was not a part of the 18 million viewers.
In fact, the
former Queen of Genovia Princess Diaries actress had more important things to attend to.
"Alas, I did not (see it). I had a speaking engagement and I couldn't. But my kids did record it. I'll get around to it."
Well, Julie, if you're ever bored, it's right there on your DVR for you to view!
You should probably skip all the criticism and watch it for yourself.
You know, to make your own opinion about it!
