Phil Robertson Spread HATE Years Before Duck Dynasty! See His Shocking Anti-Gay Sermon HERE!

| Filed under: TV NewsGay Gay GayPolitikSad SadYouTubeReality TVGIFs

duck dynasty phil robertson 2010 hateful sermons intolerant antigay pennsylvania video ae suspension watch here

This is just so horrible!

If you were appalled by Phil Robertson's homophobic and racist remarks in the recent GQ interview, then this sermon will really bake your noodle!

The Duck Dynasty patriarch has apparently been preaching hate for YEARS!!!

We stumbled across this 2010 sermon from Pennsylvania's Berean Bible Church and we were SHOCKED by the cruel words that came out of Phil's mouth!!!

He makes multiple disparaging remarks about the LGBT community, calling gay people "insolent, arrogant God-haters" and heartless, senseless, sinners!

See his entire outrageous sermon for yourself…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Wow, REALLY? Phil basically just told the entire LGBT community to, well, duck off!!

We wonder whether A&E Network was aware of Phil's ill-spirited sermons before they gave him his own reality TV show!! All it took was a simple YouTube search, so it's hard to imagine they didn't see this coming!!

Ugh!! We're just so disgusted! Why would anyone say such vile things?

We're applaud A&E for swiftly taking Phil off the air, but we're surprised the network ever put him on national TV in the first place!

I am so exhausted with people claiming this to be "free speech of religion", and that it's not bashing. Why is it ok for a group of people to gather and speak about a certain group (gays) to call them immoral, disgusting, and perverted and for it to not be considered bashing? Do gay people gather in groups to speak about straight people and talk about their choices and claim them to be disgusting and perverted??? That has absolutely not happened once, ever. People use the religion aspect to support their bashing as "free speech" and it's just amazingly wrong. Apparently the 50-60% rate of divorce in this country is all due to the gays and their immoral ways huh? UGH!!!!!!

  2. 2

Re: justtospeakthetruth – ever heard of Sodom and Gormmorah welcome to it. you plan on banning GOD, CHURCH< and the BIBLE anytime soon?

  3. 3

An opinion and bashing are two different things. This may not be an agreeable opinion, but it is in no way bashing. Religion breeds ignorance. It is nothing new.

  4. 4

The VAST majority don't agree with homosexuality. Remember how the gays were going to boycott Chic-fil-a and only a handful showed up? Then the supporters of free speech rallied to support the restaurant and the lines were out the door. We're the 90%, you're the 10%. Deal with it. We have the right to state what we believe. To deny us that right because you don't agree with what we're saying is censorship.

How are you going to go to all the blogs on the internet and erase this fact. Lame stream media, and political correct, kook aid drinkers are starting to fall. 11. 11

Don't agree with him but he has a right to his opinion. I have read he is very religious. At least two of his major advertisers are backing him, even though they do not agree with his views.

I love how almost no one is against Phil. Only the sick, twisted people like Perez. He has a right to his beliefs. The majority of people do not agree with homosexuality. Why are you so HETEROPHOBIC Perez? Your poor kid. I can't believe he will have to grow up listening to your disgusting nonsense. First of all stop already with the hatred nonsense. You know this isn't true but you think if you keep saying it others will believe. You are nuts. You are the one spreading hatred. Sorry you are so ashamed of being a homosexual. If you were so proud of yourself you wouldn't act this way. What the hell do I care if two men want to have sex with each other? I don't. I certainly don't want to hear about it constantly. If Phil believes what he believes, that is his business. He has a right to say whatever he wants. Too bad if your feelings are hurt. Grow a thicker skin Perez.

All those who have not yet grasped this concept should seriously consider putting his hand on the stove round before returning to judge others, it will give them a little taste of the intolerable pain that awaits when God will judge .
Practicing this exercise and see how long your will or your determination to judge anyone will cope with the pain.

These people were considered "straight" men and yet they committed these heinous acts. Teachers that are married to the opposite sex and yet commit these acts against the students that they are teaching… Before you say these things make sure to have the facts

But, I don't condemn and hate on anyone who has their own beliefs. This is such bull$hit. Phil was the fish, GQ magazine was the bait and hook. A & E has edited his comments for years. Perez, you spread hate every day.

Look, I'm gay. I was born this way — all Gay people are. Fact.

But, who am I to dictated to this guy what he should believe? One of the big problems in this country is political correctness — you CANNOT legislate or regulate thought.

Clearly, I don't like what he says and believes, but, it is his right. We in the gay community cannot expect others to accept our views, if we in turn don't accept the views of others, no matter how much we disagree. It's just the way life words.

  23. 23

When Paula Deen's controversy was being discussed daily seemingly on every news network in the world, I heard a bunch of people saying that since Paula Deen was old, white, southern and successful, the politically correct complaint mob thought that she had to go down, so when something negative about her popped up, they pounced on it and ran it into the ground with joy, even after she apologized. I think that a similar thing may be happening to Phil Robertson now. Some ignorant people just can't stand seeing a southern caucasian person of a certain age being successful, especially in the entertainment industry. Talk about HATE. Prejudice comes in many forms.

    Re: justtospeakthetruth

Actually, gay people have whole organizations that speak out against straight people (like Phil), not because they are straight but because they don't support gay people. The organization that was pushing to get Phil suspended from A&E is doing EXACTLY what you just said they don't do. So I suppose you think it's ok for those groups to do that because they don't agree with what he said, but it's not ok for HIM to speak his opinion. If the gay and lesbian community wants to take a stand, then maybe they should show Phil love, rather than trying to ruin his career.

And before you guys call me a homophobic, just know that even though I AM a Christian, I think that the LGBT should have their own rights to do whatever. But Phil was just expressing his opinion. I don't think he should be slammed just because he was being honest what he thought. If Liberals and all that jazz were to preach that we should all have their opinions, don't get mad when he's honest about what he believes. We are all entitled to the freedom of speech.

Re: Men with no mercy – . I am not a religious person (i'm atheist). I think religion is a load of bunk, but, from the bible: Lev. 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination". Lev. 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them". Does this sound like God is saying "do not judge them"? Sounds like "god" wants homosexuality to be a penalized crime. I think phil is just a fall guy for the bible. The bible's patsy. Society wants its cake and eat it too. It wants religion and faith… but doesnt want anyone to actually believe in what it preaches. I think religion is dangerous. It also says slaves should obey their masters and women their husbands.

Re: PaulieRe: Jessica – You guys do realize these groups (if they truly exist in that "breeders" context) have become to be due to people like this guy constantly talking about them and putting them down? These groups are the same groups that are fighting for equality. As stated here in the comments, gays make up 10% of the population and 90% apparently doesn't accept them. It's only natural for those oppressed to form groups to gain equality, no? Sigh….you guys can have your stupid show and old man, I don't think the gays are trying to stop it. He gave an interview, was asked a question and answered honestly. I am so sick of a certain section of society then trying to ruin certain people's lives. A & E will regret what they have done by suspending Phil….this is their most popular program. People have a right to disagree in an honest, non-hateful way about homosexuality. I have seen and heard some of the most disgusting vile things said by some celebrities and they get away with it. Leave this man alone and stop preventing good, decent people from expressing an opinion. A lot of people share his view and as long as they don't incite hate…they have a right, if asked, to give their opinion.

Phil was just speaking the truth from God's Word. He was not speaking hate nor calling anyone names . He was quoting what the bible calls and says about homosexuals and lesbians. You are in reality fighting and resisting God and showing the truth of what Phil says. God loves you and you need to repent and trust Christ.

I am Gay and still support Phil for his beliefs. Though he may not agree with homosexuality, he doesn't wish harm on us or anyone. Just like I would hope people wouldn't want to shut me up for expressing my love for God and my support for gays, I wouldn't want to take away anyone's rights to express their beliefs as openly as they want. The gay community needs to realize that they are doing to Phil what they wouldn't want done to them, taking away his rights of expressing who he is and what he believes. Remember, equality for ALL, not just for those who think the same way we do.

A simple youtube search yielded this video - bet your ass that the network knew of Phil's views and opinions! So the network is to blame for putting him on the show to begin with… he has EVERY right to his views and opinions - despite my or your disagreement with them. There are people in this world who do not support, understand, or "like" those who are gay and it will always be that way, sadly. But taking a person of a show because he simply expressed his views and opinions which are clearly public knowledge, is bull! Just because you are gay and you don't like the words he chose to describe his views or opinions on your sexual status, does not mean right to express them is taken away or that he should be punished for them. You don't like him, he doesn't like you…that's all. MOVE ON! Stop giving his words more power!

Phil quoted directly from the bible, which, being hundreds of years old is not "politically" correct, but rather more important it is the TRUTH…and he merely spoke the truth…and gave a sermon of how to save yourself and chose life over death…clearly he loves all mankind and is fulfilling his duty as a human being, to spread the TRUTH so all may know it, he did not dwell on gay people, he quoted the WORD of GOD, and also mentioned people living in sexual relationships out of wedlock etc….the whole sermon was interesting to the end, glad I watched it so thanks for the post. Thanks Phil, the world needs many many more people like you who are willing to stand up for what matters…keep spreading the WORD

i would like to start by saying i am 100% in support of gay rights,
that being said, i am also 100% supportive of people being allowed to express their opinions.
the fact is, everyone knew what would come out of his mouth after the kinds of questions he was asked. they walked him right into it.

and btw perez, the only reason his sermon is now youtube-able is because of the success of the show.. if A&E had searched "Phil Robertson" before, do you really think they would have dug up anything on this family before their popularity?

saying homosexuality is wrong is not spreading hate you ignorant asshole…..the bible says it's wrong and I doesn't matter what everyone says, those who believe in the bible will always believe it's wrong. I myself have two lesbian friends and I think their lifestyle is wrong, and against God and the bible, they know this, they know how I feel, they don't hold it against me, they know my faith and im not at all a hateful person, I have friends who aren't married who live together and engage in premarital sex, I think they are wrong also and their lifestyle is not right, they know I think this, and they don't hold it against me, they still invite me over, I go, we have a great time……you seriously have no idea what the meaning of the word "hate"……you think Christians are wrong for saying these things…….so I guess that means you HATE Christians, right??

    Re: therealtruth

He wasn't fired for his religious beliefs. They are included in every episode. He was suspended for his ACTIONS and STATEMENTS, which violated the terms of his contract with A&E, which is totally legal. Learn the facts.

    Re: Goodness Sakes

"Free Speech" means you can't be prosecuted by the GOVERNMENT for what you say (unless you endanger or threaten people, which is against the law). Like any other business, A&E has NO obligation to provide a platform for anyone to spew bigoted comments. He violated his contract with them, so they enforced it.

    Re: Paulie

Nobody has violated his right to freedom of speech. That protects him from prosecution by the GOVERNMENT. It does NOT exempt him from the consequences of violating a contract with an employer.

Re: therealtruth – That'd be 90% bullshit. Where are you getting your facts? A 1950 Evangelist survey?

Recent national polls will inform you that more than half of the country is in favor of federal same sex marriage. It is only YOU archaic apes that are the minority being left behind. How do you feel being seen as the KKK of this century? Dipsh*t

I can't believe that butthurt people are still crying about what Phil said to a magazine. If you are that upset about it, just don't watch his f*cking show. Problem solved. I am gay, & I go through life just fine not whining about other people's remarks that are not physically hurting me. Thank GOD that I don't get as offend by shyt as GLAAD seems to. I would probably be on Prozac if I did. MY GOODNESS.
Have you ever heard an Eminem song? Some of Eminem's songs sound much more homophobic than what Phil says. Who is crying about that?

First of all thank you, so much for giving us the minute point to where he starts talking about this "anti gay" rant. For people who need to know it's are the 17:40 mark and he doesn't state it because he is probably talking in a room of fellow Christians. But I think he is talking before Noah's Ark, when God was angry at the world because they were doing all evil. Phil was grouping those people and saying they got God out of their brains, Men were doing immoral things with other men, women were doing with other women, there were perversion, murder, fill with envy, strife, and hatred….but he wasn't saying the gay people were doing the murders and perversion…he was saying the world as whole were doing these evils things, each individual doing different evil things. You can't get the context of what he saying because he is saying it to a Christian audience that a secular crowd may not get if they are not familiar with the bible.
