Duck Dynasty Fan Suing A&E & President Obama For Not Allowing Him To Hate Homosexuals!

You gotta fight!

For your right!

To haaaaaaaaate people… wait, what?!

No, those aren't the original lyrics that the Beastie Boys had in mind but they do pretty much sum up one man’s lawsuit against A&E and President Barack Obama!

Chris Sevier is NOT happy that his hero Phil Robertson has been suspended from Duck Dynasty. Sevier, who is a self-proclaimed member of Robertson’s church, is filing a federal case against A&E for taking away his right to hate homosexuals!

Okie dokie. Seems like an open and shut case to us!

Sevier has put together 91 pages of “evidence” (mostly just religious literature and quotes from scripture) and argues that by suspending Robertson, A&E is taking away his and other churchgoers' right to preach the word of the Lord!

Sevier eloquently states in his suit:

"We live in a Christian nation ‘Jack!’”

He also fears that allowing gay marriage will lead to citizens being allowed to marry their pets!

So why is the Prez being dragged into this mess?

Mr. Sevier believes that Barry O is actually in cahoots with the network to further the pro-gay agenda!

This isn’t the first time Sevier has sued some high-profile figures. He’s also tried to take Bill O’Reilly, CBS, Apple and Facebook to court!

Good luck with this new lawsuit, Chris! We think it’s safe to say, you’re gonna need it!

Ch-ch-check out pics of Chris Sevier below! Not what you pictured him looking like, is it?!

what a sad, sorry individual. we live in no such nation that is strictly one religion. i feel very sorry for this hateful person. however, i'd also love to see obama open a letter saying he's being sued for this. i hope he records the hilarious reaction

OH. MY. GOSH. who the hell cares?! i hate lots of things. i hate people who literally TEAR APART others for having their own beliefs! GET OVER IT. oh, he doesn't like gay people, GET OVER YOURSELVES. news flash, not everyone is going to like you. that's life. don't expect an old, churn-going, god-fearing man to share your beliefs about gay people. that's just like asking the owners of chick-fil-a about their stance on gay marriage. THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS-WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK THEY STAND FOR?! seriously. GET. OVER. YOURSELVES. opinions are like assholes, we all have them. so calm your tits if someone's differs from yours. it's not like he's out there killing gays, it's an OPINION.

I think its hilarious, A&E suspended Phil because the homos who work for A&E might get there little feelings hurt. All the time they are doing duck Dynasty marathons the whole week. hypocrites what about their little queer employees feelings? Nancy Dubuc must be a dyke.

The duck guy has the right to say whatever he wants a&e has the right to tell him to jam it. And since they own the bully pulpit he's preaching on, they have the right to take it away. Why should they have to pay for airtime for him to say things they disagree with?

The most judgemental hate filled people I know are Christians, the hypocrisy and cherry picking of religion blows my mind. And freedom of speech? That's just an excuse to say sh*t that you know will p*ss people off. I prefer the whole 'If you don't have any thing nice to say, don't say anything at all". You'd think it would be the good Christian way but I guess that's not what religion is about after all.

  6. 6

Re: aw_hereitgoes – More and more gays are being killed for the way they live. Hate speech brings violence. It ALWAYS works that way.

  7. 7

Thought he would look like a hillbilly. LOVE it when these hate-filled ignorant people use God to spread their nastiness. Shows what they're really made of. Someone should send this idiot the Constitution - nowhere does it say this is a Christian nation - as a matter of fact, God, Jesus, a higher power, NOTHING about any of that is mentioned in the Constitution. Not one word!

Whether or not u agree with robertson's comments doesn't change the fact that he has the right to free speech according to the US constitution and should not be demonized by one sided leftwing media for doing it. And i speak as a black Muslim who is probably more hated by these kind of people then even gays.

U can say whatever u like about religion but it don't change the fact that most of the world is religious. So if u hate most of the world cause of that then use that superior western atheist intelligence u think u have, build yourself a spaceship, and gtfo this planet of religious folk u hate.

I don't think it is spreading HATE so much as he is spreading his opinion on a lifestyle. He has the right to voice his opinion just as much as you have the right to voice yours. I LOVE MY GAYS but at the same time I love the freedom to be able to say when I disapprove of something. He didn't make comments that are considered threatening towards the gay community other than it is a sin. Let him live his life and you live yours. We all sin. It is A&E's right to suspend him but it also the right of anyone to defend him if they so choose without being considered "homophobic".

Re: JJMountie – So you mean Duck Commander has the right to fire employees who talk pro gay. Oh thats right, it's a one way street

Re: amir jabril – That's just a silly suggestion, and you can guarantee it's full of scientologists out there! I'm by no means an atheist and have great faith, I live in an extremely religious area of Christians and Sikhs, but I've experienced so much judgement and a lot of criticism and alienation from many avid church going Christians here, that I struggle to respect their views when they are so unnecessarily negative towards others. You have a right to an opinion but why should you have the right to offend and hurt others with it. How is that Gods will?

  13. 13

Re: overthere – agreed, and it's sad. but that's not what i said. maybe re-read. i said PHIL isn't killing anyone. and it's not like he just talks and talks on the show about his beliefs, he was ASKED IN A MAGAZINE. if someone asks for my opinion, i'll fucking give it. THAT's freedom of speech. he didn't go on the show to stir emotions. this is what's wrong with america. everyone wants to get pissed at someone.

  14. 14

i guess from now on we should all have the same opinions, and if we don't, we should lie to the public about them so no one gets their little feelings hurt. ridiculous.

  15. 15

i'm so passionate about this whole situation because of how idiotic it is. people act like phil was using A&E as an avenue to preach hate. let's be honest, did anyone know the depths of phil's beliefs before GQ asked him? nope. obviously not using the show to spread hate. i love the gay community and i feel for them that so many people are against them, but i'm sure there's people out there who disapprove of my life choices, but i'm not going to get my panties in a wad over it.

Re: Jesus a hypocrite? – No I don't know much of other religions and my comments aren't aimed at them. This is just from my experience of and treatment from the organised religion aspect of Christianity. I would in fact consider my beliefs to be Christian, I just don't like the hypocrisy of many, nor people preaching at or judging me. I have a great understanding of many things thank you.

A&E suspending Robertson for what he said to GQ has caused people who never cared about other people's sexuality before to hate gays now. People are sick and tired of being told how to think and feel. I am bisexual. I believe in the right to speak freely about our beliefs without being persecuted though. This whole Duck Dynasty controversy really makes me mad because it got so blown of out proportion by flamers and it is causing so much hate. I hope that GLAAD is HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY now (If you ever watched an episode of Duck Dynasty, you will probably understand that HAPPY 3x part).

LOL, is anyone else's gaydar going off with this Chris Sevier guy? BTW, awww A&E doesn't like to have an actor who spews racist and homophobic comments, too bad, deal with it. Just like we have to grind our teeth and deal with the toxic crap that came out of Phil's mouth. I'm sick of all the razzle dazzle with the religion & freedom of speech crap and all the fake posters pretending they are in support of or speaking on behalf of the LGBT community. It's not new and quite simply, it's just plain ol' fashion hate.

  22. 22

Actually, technically he has a case. We have a thing called freedom of religion. If your religion states that homosexuality is a sin, and you don't agree with it (without attacking the LGBT community) and you get fired, technically you can indeed sue. Since that's a violation of their freedom of religion. It's the same thing as not allowing a muslim to wear their hijab.

Look up Chris Sevier on YouTube. This is the guy that is suing Apple because his wife left him for constantly looking at porn on his Mac. He said it was Apple's fault that there weren't any warnings that he could possibly see pornography.
