Justin Bieber’s People Explain His Retirement ‘Joke’… He’s Still NOT Calling It Quits!

| Filed under: Music MinuteJustin BieberGIFs

justin bieber people confirm not retiring from singing

Well, now it’s official. Justin Bieber is NOT retiring from music!

The Biebs tried to make a joke out of media reports that the 19-year-old singer was leaving music for good.

But that only made things MUCH worse!

Then a source confirmed that it all was a poorly executed joke, and now JB’s people are saying the same thing.

Scott Manson, the COO of Scooter Braun Projects, said Justin is “100 percent” not calling it quits, and GM Allison Kaye clarified:

"Justin is a hard working 19-year-old who would prefer that his recent fundraising work in the Philippines and the considerable amount raised for the cause be the media’s focus more than the recent reporting on him retiring. Regarding his recent tweeting about his 'retirement' Justin felt that this was the best way to respond to the latest in a long line of inaccurate or wildly exaggerated media reports about him. He chose to channel his frustration into playing along with this baseless rumor and even used 'beloved' to tip off his core fans that it wasn't real. But within 20 minutes, Justin realized that fans were confused by the media reports and clarified that he was kidding. This wasn't a planned stunt, it was just another day in the life of living under the microscope. Justin loves his fans and understands that this scrutiny comes along with his success and the interest in him from fans and media."

Good! We’re glad this is all as clear as a Bieber track being played in stereo surround sound! Ha!

Just stop toying with us, Justin!

  1. CHINESE READ MINDS!!!! says – reply to this

Asians all together can hear, and see what you're visually thinking.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR A MEME! This is the absolute complete truth!!!!
Asians hide their mind reading abilities by having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.
All Asians are keeping their mind reading abilities a secret, they don't want ANYONE to know they can read minds! They value hiding it more than their own lives!!!
Try thinking, and visually picturing things as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason, it works if you try enough!!!

Poorly executed is an understatement. This is something a 12 year old would do lol.
It's almost like Justin wants to obliterate his reputation, he is doing everything he can to make everyone hate him. I don't understand.

  4. 4

What in the world would he "RETIRE" from? It's not like he does anything…

  5. 5

instead of "I'm retiring" he meant to say "I'm retarded"

How to channel your frustrations, justin: throw your acoustic guitar into a wall. Buy an electric guitar. Grow your hair out and grow a beard. Learn to grunt and growl. Learn the devil horn salute. Play metal. Your audience will change from prepubescent girls to an all male sausagefest but at least you wont be frustrated anymore.

He is the one who said he was retiring! The media didn't create that. He said it in an interview. Then he tweeted it. That was supposed to be a joke? He is a bigger dummy than I thought. What a stupid white trash dummy. So much fail.

It's almost like a text book case in terms of secular decline. Fad with tweens check; hype and grandiose statements - check; growth falling - check; more competition (One Direction) - check; Skepticism from public - check.
Biebs is lucky he isn't a publicly traded stock or he'd have a lot of short interest right now lol. I think he may be in denial, or just not being honest with himself. Certainly his management seem well prepared given their prudent budgets.

Re: JustSayin – No he didn't. They all caught on that it was a joke! He responded to some girls tweet and said I will never leave you!! You people are the ones makin a big deal out of nothing

  19. Zoey_Graham says – reply to this

Re: Ugh – exactly!! Its ridiculous that the same haters who tell him he should die or that they wish he could die are the same ones getting their panties in a bunch when he 'says' he wants to quit. Why the fuck are you hatin on him when he says he wants to quit.

And the only 12year old here is you. You obviously missed the whole point. He was proving a point that its quite easy to spread false rumors without confirmation!!

    Re: Zoey_Graham
OK. I am wrong and you are right :)
He proved his point by ruining a lot of kids on Christmas day. What a way to win…and i'm definitely the 12 year old here.

  21. YouAreRight says – reply to this

    Re: Zoey_Graham
I don't wish him to die, nor do most of the billions of "haters" he has. That is a juvenile argument. Millions (maybe billions) of parents are unhappy with his behaviour, it doesn't matter what I think, nor doing anything on here matters in the grand scope of things. The FORESEEABLE and unintentional damage that he did on his retirement tweet finished off his music career basically. That is what happens when you build up something so quicky - it only takes a few mistakes to tear it all down. History rhymes again.

we can only hope he will one day soon be serious and get the fuck off the planet. stupid little twat.

I'm making $86 an hour working from home. I was shocked when my neighbour told me she was averaging $95 but I see how it works now. I feel so much freedom now that I'm my own boss. This is what I do,

  25. Alfred Miranda says – reply to this

I get paid over $87 per hour working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over 10k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless. Heres what I've been doing,

  26. 26

Re: nazx333 – You got that right! It's the same thing as Duck Dynasty only no body cares! hahahahahahahahaha!

  27. 27

Wish he would retire or just go the hell away. He's immature and pathetic and the little twat needs a reality check. No one over the age of 12 gives a shit about your music Justin most people think you're a spoilt pathetic little fucktard.

  28. Simon says – reply to this

This is an outstandingly cruel joke… PLEASE Justin, when you say you're going to do something, DO IT !

So many of us got our hopes up that you'd actually sod-off and stop making a fool of yourself in pubilc… now the disappointment…. such depserate disappointment

  29. fifj says – reply to this

That has to be the most obnoxious statement that I've ever read in my life. I feel like whoever wrote it was probably hiding in a closet while Justin was throwing an extreme rage fit. How arrogant of them to say they/Bieber would prefer if people would focus on his latest charity work instead of his retirement rumors. Essentially, they are saying that Justin only does nice things to distracts people from whatever he does.

I give him 1-1.5 years of fame left. He used to have hardcore fans. However, unlike him, most of his fans have grown up and matured. Now the only fans he has left are the most annoying of them all- the immature little kids who have to have mommy and daddy buy them everything and unfortunately have access to the internet so they can go on hate filled rants towards anyone who says that they don't really care for Justin and his antics.

Also-I've been reading the comments and seeing that you are stealing this content from Reddit. Why? Can you not come up with your own information or whatever?

    Re: English

You also thought that thought was spelled "thot" so I think we can discount you as a credible person.

  31. Bongo says – reply to this

I don't think him or his camp understand what a rumour is. When something comes 'from the horses mouth', and nowhere else that's usually considered the opposite of a rumour..?! That explanation's BS. He's just pissed of, which is fair but somewhat his own doing, and probably does want to jack it in right now. Which I get, his tweet was dumb, BUT for once I will say it's something most 19 year olds would do under that pressure. I really hope he takes a long break, I do want him to succeed, but his whole style and image is far too annoying right now, and I really do think he needs to strengthen his vocals, and song writing…

  32. 32

It doesn't matter anymore. His career is over anyway. No more fans. Guess all those stupid "bad boy" antics have paid off, eh? Justin Bieber and his management team destroyed themselves.

  33. Chris says – reply to this

Perez, why are you not RELENTLESSLY pointing out the fact that douche bag Bieber's documentary totally bombed at the box office this week. Nobody wants to see this little brat. I was just curious because I know if Gaga had released a bomb of that magnitude you would have at least 4 or 5 posts A DAY about it. Hypocrite much?

  34. Jen says – reply to this

If he thought he was playing a joke on the media he was wrong. Of course they were going to report it, but so what? Did he want everyone to start crying and say, " no, we were wrong about you…we are so sorry please don't retire!" His young fans were upset, but no one else was. In the end it just made a lot of little girls cry…just to feed his ego. If you think about it, it was just a selfish, cruel thing to do to his young fans. I question his sincerity and motives behind ANYTHING he says in the future. We should just add lying manipulater to his growing list of personality traits.

All jokes aside retiring at this point would be the best career move for him.
On a personal note he could benefit from some therapy/coaching from some serious, unbiased professionals.

    Re: Bongo
he called his dog Karma now. Another mature name for a dog. Justin is the victim…we get it. Can the kid grow up already…he is like a school kid trying to one up all the time. My younger nephew is more mature than this.
I've seen a few people call their pets Karma over the years, they usually had a breakdown soon after, lets hope this is not the case. He is clearly not taking any responsibility when he is still blaming everyone else but himself.

    Re: Jade
He needs to get off the dope, get rid of his bad influence friends, stop the Hip Hop crossover disaster, start listening to people and trusting, god I am usually good at problem solving, but even I can't see a way out of this one musically. What a mess he's created for himself. And if it is such a mess on the outside, what is going on internally I wonder. Maybe rehab isn't such a bad idea. Or some sort of retreat where he can connect with his chosen religion, and reflect. A Buddhist colony might work to teach him patience and self control lol.

  39. Mi says – reply to this

    Re: Bongo

His manufactured image is not in line with his actual talents. It has been fantastic marketing that has got him to where he is today more than his underlying talent. I'm sure that consensus would agree with this. There are plenty of other musicians out there with far more talent that would do a lot better than Justin with the resources at his disposal. Justin is great at manipulating people to do what he wants, but unfortunately for him, what was cute at 16, is now considered manipulative at 19. Time to grow up. I'm sure he will try and desperately find anyone and anything to save himself, perhaps use as many people as he can to avoid the inevitable.
