    Hate the english school system.
Prince William's ABC at the time he earned them would be what is A*AB currently, as A* didn't exist at A-Level until 2010.

I had to work my arse off to get 3 A*'s and earn my place at Cambridge. Why should he be allowed in just because he is the future king. He shouldn't have been allowed into St Andrews never mind Cambridge. He might be the Duke of the city but that shouldn't gain him access to a uni that people who do a lot more hard work than him and deserve that place a lot more don't get into.

Doesn't seem to upset too many people that pretty much everyone we see cheated to get where they are. Funny that when it comes to someone getting an education that people would finally say something. He's royalty tought Sh*T

Personally I worked my butt off for the grades I got and will have years of debt for my uni education…nice to know that my hard earned money will go towards paying for his 'exclusive' education and everything else…The person who wrote the article was right, and has a right to her own opinion - free speech and all that! He shouldn't be getting this 'top up' education just because he is royal…at the end of the day he still has to put his trousers on one leg at a time!

There's no Agricultural Management at a school he qualifies for?
Being a benefactor is no small potatoes, though. It helps all of the other students and
the school in a rather large way financially.

Ahh.. The famous syndrome of inferiority complex suffered by the majority of people with high IQs.

It seems that the more a human brain has great capacity, more the small defects also are greats .. What a shame to have such a pride for so little. An high IQ does not make you a better person, we must believe?.

seems like "…" is too high and mighty to put in an actual name. The way you pompously talk makes you sound like a complete hypocrite. These are grades we are talking about, not someones IQ. Those are two completely different things. IQ's test your potential, grades are reflections of how hard you work. If you don't work hard, you shouldn't be rewarded the same as people who do.It's a simple concept that not a lot of people in these comments understand it seems. Hard work and dedication are something that money can't (or at least shouldn't) be able to buy. It's the same deal with everyone saying how women shouldn't be able to be in the army if they can't meet the physical requirements. The same rules apply. If you can't meet the standards, then you don't get a free ride. No exceptions.

    Re: Julie – Jesus!?

What is a school test or a school exam then?
What will be the difference for a struggling student and another student who learns easily?
    The effort may be! … : S

You guys realise that this is a short course which leads to no qualifications, and thus is actually inferior even to Cambridge's summer school or IELTS preparation courses which require nothing but money (or proficiency in English for the former)?

Well, on the other hand, he does want to learn as opposed to party, which is something.

what is a school test or exam? Really? it's something that affects your grades. you work hard, you get good grades. There are special classes for struggling students, as there will always be MANY OTHER universities for these kinds of students to attend. William doesnt NEED to go to Cambridge, he just WANTS to. What about all the hard working students who do get into a good school but cant afford it?

Re: JulieRe: JulieRe: Julie – So according to you, a person with less reflection that takes more time to do its work and can not get a good grade should be judged in the same way by the teacher in relation to another person who has a great reflection capacity and can do its work in a short time while getting good grades?
Where the hell is your EFFORT for grades in all this?

    Re: … – *reflexion*

    In addition,

What do you think gives you reflexion?

A good memory coupled with a good concentration ability allows you to have a will. All this gives the possibility to have any wisdom or intelligence.
The intelligence that is found to be IQ.
You need all this if you dare claim to have a great reflexion!
