About time this obnoxious twerp was taken down, he is a major nuisance and a very negative role model for youth

couldn't happen to a nicer punk. and for those who think this is stupid, this jerk has been harassing his neighbors for years. riding fast through the neighborhood, lucky he hasn't killed or hurt anyone. having loud, obnoxious parties, doing whatever the fuck he wants because he doesn't give a flip. he's had previous altercations with this neighbor as well. And now he thinks it funny to vandalize peoples stuff, again just because he wants too and thinks it's funny. I hope they find drugs and his ass is grass for a bit. payback is a bitch, little boy. of course, he'll probably just get the lindsay lohan slap on the writs, but I hope not.

Yup. Nothing scarier than an egging Canadian. Get a grip. If he even did do it and wasn't set up, it falls under the realm of teenage prank. It's a couple eggs, not arson.

  5. @v@ says – reply to this

That said, if they do have him on tape, he's good for the $$$ repairs. Teenage idiocy says 'I don't know why I did it…I shouldn't have done it.'

how many times are the authorities going to allow this privileged PUNK to disobey the law, be disrespectful to any and everyone he comes into contact with, and basically act like the ADULT he obviously is NOT. seriously, this kid needs a hardcore reality check.

  7. 7

My guess is steroids will be on the list.

the neighbor i thought was the one who had the video proof (another neighbor, not the one he egged the front of the house)

either way, this will definitely something to knock him off his high horse and back to reality, if he's found guilty and charged

  9. 9

He needs to start answering for his actions…………..he seems to think that he is above the law. But as for punishment……he's a celebrity, there will be a slap on the wrist. How many times did Lilo get into trouble before they actually did anything more than a slap on the wrist? And even then she went to "rehab"…..so tough to bear! Same thing will happen to JB.

  10. 10

Anybody listen to the video where the neighbor girl calls 911 -" Hello - I'd like to make an assault charge " what a bimbo - anybody consider that the neighbors may be drama loving fame seeking asswipes - you would probably have to be over privileged to live there correct? Who is to say they did nothing to prompt this anyhow? He just arbitrarily starting shooting eggs? My point being this is about lack freedom in this country and a lack of common sense. Who gets a mother fucking felony over tossing an egg and how super to get your private property searched because of it. This isn't about Justin to me - this is about what can happen to any one of us and it scares the shit out of me.

I'd love to see the little asshat go to jail!

  12. ohmy says – reply to this

Teenage prank my ass…he's almost 20 and should have more sense! He thinks he's above the law and is nothing but an uneducated little punk!

  13. Bongo says – reply to this

What 19 year old eggs a house!! He deserves everything that's thrown at him just to prove how immature he is. But really who at his age does that! As well as all his other sh*t. Mental issues? Drugs? Whatever the police uncover in his home, drugs or anything, all free game!

  14. OhWell says – reply to this

    well he had this coming.
I hope they charge him with a lot of other crap. Get anything on this little shit, and show him he can't be above the law.

  15. Exactly says – reply to this

    Re: Bongo
Exactly, the cops know he is going to try and get out of this. They are going to try and find anything in his house to pin on him to make him accountable.

  16. Lessons says – reply to this

Kids this is what happens when you lie. He didn't speak to police, he didn't apologise to the neighbour, he kept disregarding the law and using bullshit excuses to get out of it.
The moral of this story is: better to admit your wrongs quickly, and do the right thing, and the police will likely not get involved unless it is very serious. Make a mockery of the legal system and this is the result.

  17. Sigh says – reply to this

Well, I think that is the end of JBs career. Can't honestly see him recovering after this.
God knows what stuff he's got hidden in his house, and who he make take down with him.

  18. Ok says – reply to this

    Re: alrightalright
I wonder what they will find in his house.
The cops obviously think this guy is a serial criminal or they would not be so aggressive.
When 11 cop cars show up at your house…it's over.
Biebs could come up with one excuse, and they'll just pin him for something else over and over and something sticks. He needs to do some SERIOUS apologizing. But you know what, he wont, so he'll end up with prison time.

  19. 19

Re: @v@ – You are one of those people who help him hide behind "I'm only 19 I make mistakes.. I should not be punished waaaaaah…." At 19 is is NOT a "childish prank" Bieber is a trash punk gangsta wanna be. He makes one "bad decision" after another and thinks it is all funny and because of who he thinks he is, it is all ok. How about all his vandalism overseas with his crap graffitti???? Yeah, just go on and keep making excuses for him. It makes NO difference if he has the cash to "fix it". It was not ok to do it in the first place.

  20. 20

Re: alrightalright – Lack of freedom??? So $20,000 of VANDALISM is an expression of freedom???? Even if the neighbor did something to "egg him on" he has NO right to vandalise property. Ever hear…"two wrongs don't make a right?" You don't get to break a law because someone annoyed you or made you mad. This is not "He threw an egg". He threw enough eggs to damage the plaster on the house to the point of about $15,000 and enough to damage the stain on a $5k wood door. You get a "mother fucking felony" for damage in excess of $400 IDIOT!!!!!

  21. 21

Re: Sigh – Sadly he will. THis eill not be enough to take him down at all.

  22. 22

Re: Ok – They are being aggressive because he has had multiple complaints AND this is $20k in damages.

  23. OneForThePeople says – reply to this

I think this shows how much power the public have over the legal system, and that CELEBRITIES DO NOT CONTROL THE LAW…THE PEOPLE DO !!

  24. 24

Omigosh, what are they going to find? Eggs??

  25. Jene says – reply to this

    If they find what? Eggs?

  26. 26

Re: @v@ – Isn't he 20 or something? No excuse to act like a teenager anymore, especially when all eyes are on you. The starlets all want to grow up too fast, why won't he?

  27. 27

Re: Ok – He should go to prison for being a dick? A whole lot of people including maybe you should go then if that is the case. We already have a prison population problem and we all have to pay for them to be there. There are laws to protect peoples freedom for a reason and that is more important than your jealousy. It's a shame your envy of somebody like him overshadows right and wrong. They have been trying to make an example of him for a while - the only reason I care is it sets a precedent we all have to suffer if the same were to happen to one of us.

Re: alrightalright – Bimbo? A 13 year old scared girl, what's wrong with you? And lack of freedom, in what sense? You commit a crime, you pay the consequences, that's not taking away someone's freedom, that's justice! You have an odd, warped view.

  29. 29

Re: kabuki girl – When a person like you devolves to name calling I often don't bother but since you did not seem to understand my point I will try to help you. It's not about him being right or wrong or if he even did it. My post is about how this is making a mockery of the term and action known as a felony- I am upset that private property is being searched over such a stupid allegation - perhaps you should look up the definition of felony? You are clearly assuming he is guilty already. My love of freedom and my hope that fair play is restored in this country is bigger than my disdain for Justin or any other famous person who will most likely never have anything to do with my fucking life. I am also sick of this coutry and others building people up seemingly just for the joy of tearing them down to make pathetic individuals such as yourself feel better. You seem like a very weak minded/ jealous girl that soaks up everything you read , see on TV and or on-line as absolute fact. It must be sad to be so gullible.

Re: Lady_Says – Sorry thought it was a grown woman as I heard a grown man. You still miss the point.Do you want someone searching your house without a damn good reason? Do you know what happens during a search? Do you know what they do to the house and the property in it? How about your privacy - ready to let go of that? You may be okay with that i'm not. Let the punishment fit the crime and let the crime be proven before we assume guilt. That is how it works here. You sound like a really bad public service announcement. I'm bored with this - bye

Re: alrightalright – No darling you miss the point…. "Do you want someone searching your house without a damn good reason?"…. They have a reason!!! That's the bloody story!! So everything else you've said is moot. …"and let the crime be proven before we assume guilt"….. Do you not understand this is an attempt to gather evidence in order to prove said crime? Your talking nonsense. To be honest, just sounds like you've had your run ins and are a bit bitter.

Re: Azaria – Yep, he's getting a little old for this if he did it. Re: kabuki girl – Not how I feel. Perspective is needed when it comes to all younger people. They can be morons until they're not.

Spitting in people's faces, speeding around his gated community, threatening to kill people, egging his neighbor's house - none of these charges have yet to be substantiated or prosecuted. Sounds like TMZ who follows him around like a love sick puppy, filming his every move, is on a vendetta - like a rejected suitor stalking his every move. The neighbor sounds like a real "class act" on the tape. If however, anyone has proof that Justin egged his neighbors house, it's time for an intervention by his management, parents &/or the police to make sure he doesn't turn into another Lindsey Lohan. Justin also needs to reevaluate his circle of "friends" & clean house.

  36. Britney says – reply to this

Re: alrightalright – There are laws to protect people's freedom, but there are serious consequences to vandalizing someone's home, so if Justin did that, then he should pay for it just like you and I would if we had done it. He might be a celebrity, but he ain't any better than us, and he ain't above the law.

  37. Sarah says – reply to this

I can hardly believe what a loser that he has turned out to be.

  38. More To The Story .... says – reply to this

Vandalism is bad, but I have a little suspicion that the so-called raid was not all about him throwing eggs at stuff. I mean, think about it now, guys, do you really believe that the police were looking for eggs and empty egg cartons that matched the brand that were thrown at Justin's neighbor's house? LOL! Seriously.
