Jennifer Lawrence Excited & Honored By Academy Award Nomination! Nominees React To Their Oscar Noms HERE!

jennifer lawrence oscars gif 2 1

Someone better have Hugh Jackman on standby, because Jennifer Lawrence might be tripping her way to another Oscars win!

The full list of Academy Award nominations were announced today, and (surprise, surprise) the girl who was, is, and forever will be on fire was on it!

J.Law said that she was excited and honored by her nom, but not as excited as us to see her awkwardly hilarious moments that await us on March 2nd!

While you give Jennifer a congratulatory hand, or a three-finger salute from the Hunger Games, read some of the other nominees' reactions…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Jennifer Lawrence (American Hustle):

"Thank you so much to the Academy for this nomination and for all of the nominations for the film. It's very exciting! Congratulations to my fellow nominees, it's an honor to be nominated in the company of these four actresses who I admire and are so incredibly talented."

Leonardo DiCaprio (The Wolf Of Wall Street):

"I am deeply humbled by this honor and even happier to share today with Marty, Jonah, Terry as well as this entire cast and crew. The Wolf of Wall Street has been a passion project of mine, and I found the role to be one of the most challenging and rewarding of my career. Congratulations to all of my fellow nominees and thank you to the Academy for this extraordinary recognition."

Meryl Streep (August: Osage County):

"I am so happy for our film that Julia and I have been nominated. We are both so proud of August: Osage County. This honor from the Academy, for which we are truly grateful, will help bring attention to our film from audiences across the country, which is thrilling."

Amy Adams (American Hustle):

"It's a very good thing to wake up to; we were all asleep! Making Hustle was very challenging, so it's really nice that people not only recognized the film but all the actors as well. And I’m so proud to have been in Her too, which has been recognized with a best picture nomination. As for celebrating today, maybe we should go out for a family hike? Then again, everyone looks pretty tired around here right now!"

Bradley Cooper (American Hustle):

"This is so special and surreal and I'm truly honored. The nominations by the Academy for my fellow cast members, David and the film are a true tribute to David O. Russell, our mentor. I feel very lucky and humbled today."

Matthew McConaughey (Dallas Buyers Club):

"I'm at home in Malibu, having a cup of tea, catching the sunrise. My newborn's walking around…What a great alarm clock and news to wake up to this morning."

Julia Roberts (August: Osage County):

"This was certainly a once in a lifetime experience and the recognition from it is an absolutely thrilling bonus. I simply could not be more excited right now."

Jonah Hill (The Wolf Of Wall Street):

"I am in complete and total shock. I honestly was not expecting this, on a level you can’t even imagine. Again, I’m clearly in shock. I didn’t have a plan for celebrating today because I truly did not expect any of this! But I am going to the Critics’ Choice Awards and will be great to see everyone from the film there tonight. Truly, this is shocking."

Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club):

"Yesterday I was doing jury duty, today I woke up with an Academy Award nomination. Only in America."

Michael Fassbender (12 Years A Slave):

"I'm really chuffed with the Oscar nomination especially being recognised alongside such great actors. It's a real honour."

Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years A Slave):

"At no point during filming, in the sweltering heat of New Orleans, did any of us ever foresee the journey this film would take us all on. Steve McQueen created an entire family to tell one man's tale and I am delighted that so many of this family have also been recognized today. I am hugely grateful to the Academy for this great honour, and, of course, to Solomon Northup for sharing his story through his breathtaking book."

Idina Menzel (Frozen):

"This is definitely a dream come true for me. I’m happy for the movie, I’m happy to be a part of the whole thing, and to have a song that really resonate with people is just beyond."

Judi Dench (Philomena)

"This is just the loveliest news. I'm so happy for everybody involved, and so proud to have been part of the wonderful experience that Philomena has been."

Sally Hawkins (Blue Jasmine):

"My knees buckled. It's the last thing I expected"

June Squibb

"I didn't expect it! Many people told me (it would happen), and my agent's office were checking all the predictions over and over again. Everyone can say, 'Don't worry, don't worry,' but until it happens you don't believe it."

The expression on the face of the man sitting next to her is what is priceless.

Asians all together can hear, and see what you're visually thinking.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR A MEME! This is the absolute complete truth!!!!
Asians hide their mind reading abilities by having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.
All Asians are keeping their mind reading abilities a secret, they don't want ANYONE to know they can read minds! They value hiding it more than their own lives!!!
Try thinking, and visually picturing things as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason, it works if you try enough!!!

Ugh….. the Oscars have gone to shit. Really? Leonardo is nominated for playing the same guy he plays in almost every movie, in THAT shitty wall street movie? And Jennifer Lawrence? for her role in that over hyped lack luster hustle movie?!! This is why people don't care about the Oscars anymore. Back in the day, Jonah Hill's name would never be spoken by the academy. Now it's about who is popular, not talent. I hope the 12 yrs a slave guy and the Nebraska chick win. It would bring a lot of credibility back to the Oscars.

Re: cc – Man, you must be a total jerk-off if you don't like either of those films. Hope Leo wins the Oscar he soooo rightly deserves, and I hope it makes you mad.
