Justin Bieber Faces The Judge! Watch The Biebs Skype Into His 1st Court Appearance For DUI HERE!

| Filed under: Legal MattersBusted!Justin Bieber

Way to show up like a law-abiding citizen! LOLz!

We kid, we kid. It's not like Justin Bieber had a choice.

But he still made it to his court appearance in Miami for his bond hearing, and despite his lack of glee, it seems like the hearing went well.

Sure, he's probably facing a slew of charges including DUI and resisting arrest, but his bond is only $2,500! He probably wipes his tush with that much money each day!

Want to see the whole hearing??? Ch-ch-check it out (above)!!

Don't you think bonds should be proportionate to the person's worth? $2500 is nothing to Beiber, but it could be devastating for a someone else.

Re: rosebud99 – Because we're all supposed to be equal under the law. Just like we want him to be punished just like everyone else, he should pay like everyone else. What we should be angry about is the fact that it's too low. If you drive drunk, you've made a conscious decision to get drunk then drive. That decision could end with you killing somebody. Bail should be more than 10% of 2500.

With the attorney he just hired, he will probably get off.

He can kill himself with booze and drugs and blame it on being 19 all he wants, i couldn't care less. But there will never be an excuse for drunk driving, putting OTHER LIVES in danger is beyond unacceptable… Plus to know he may be doing this on a daily basis in his own neighborhood with families and kids running around is appalling.

Re: karen – It can still be equal if it is proportionate. Nothing wrong with fines being based on a percentage of worth. If everyone paid an equal percentage of there monthly income it would be fair.

I highly doubt he will actually serve time in jail for his DUI. Especially since he's a first-time offender. I bet he'll be put under probation and have to pay a penalty fee, and obviously he'll have his license taken away.

I'm curious to know how him not being a U.S. Citizen will affect the situation. Anyone know? Can we only hope for a deportation?

It's way to unfortunate that the brakes didn't fail on this little piss ants car and the arrogant little fucker didn't wrap it around a tree followed by a big orange ball of fire so the grown ups wouldn't have to listen to stories about this little shit stain from Canada anymore.

If this was a black person, or even any non-celebrity, the fines would be higher and jailtime more likely.

FUCK BIEBER! deport his ass back to Canadia where he fuckin belongs! #deportbieber

Don't blame Canada you silly Americans. You are the one's making him rich, he was nothing in Canada, that's why he's getting away with everything despite your harsher laws and economically controlled correctional services. He would be a nothing, blame adolescent girls and their parents. Fuck the US, we gave you Tom Green, Chris Nash, Celine Dion…. Don't complain, you made Celine a Vegas star.

This is not entertainment. Shame on you for taking a tragic situation and turning it into sensationalist garbage for your enthusiasts to gorge on. This kid is talented and seems genuinely sweet and utterly ill equipped to deal with his circumstances. Doubtful than any of us could do better- You could, however, do a better job of appreciating YOUR role in this drama and charging yourself appropriately with the duty you have to these stars who pay your check and the greater public you succeed in seducing. Do a better job.
