Justin Bieber Getting Special Treatment From Government So He Won't Be Deported?! According To The ACLU He Is!

Justin Bieber arrest getting special treatment

Is anyone REALLY surprised that this could possibly be happening?!

He's Justin Bieber, after all.

The American Civil Liberties Union is speaking out against the pop star regarding his arrest and explaining that although he is here on a work visa, they don't believe he'll be deported anytime soon because he's getting special treatment from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Biebsy? Get special treatment?! He would NEVERRRR say never!

The ACLU Policy Counsel Chris Rickerd claims he is!

He said:

"When he was arrested and booked, his fingerprints would have been shared with ICE. They would run his fingerprints and show that he was here on this visa. What’s really important for him right now is he has to have the best criminal representation, to make sure any conviction he comes to doesn’t jeopardize his ability to stay in the U.S. and work here.

The average person who’s susceptible to this won’t have the resources to get the legal representation [he has.] Someone with less means won’t have the same leverage to bargain and won’t have the same time with an attorney. Many people don’t even get a day in court for immigration, because the law is so strict about automatic deportations and automatic detentions.”

WOWZA!!

While most are hoping to #DeportBieber, but we're not sure the reality of that actually happening is too probable because he IS who he is!

Well, at least if BiebsyBear does get deported, his team will have ANOTHER person to blame besides the pop star!

His work visa should be revoked! He would never be permanently banned but should have to stay out of the US for a while at least. I've spent a long time and a lot of money dealing with immigration, and done everything right, he's no better than the rest of us so should have to abide by the same rules.

Since I don't follow Bieber, or listen to his music, I had forgotten that he's a Canadian. Think about it - if he were a Mexican (here on a work visa)….drag racing down the street, high on booze and whatever else….he would have been deported immediately! (After a decent time in jail.) Ha! I'm jumping on the "Deport Bieber" bandwagon. Go back to Canada! (Sorry….I really DO like Canada….)

I don't think he's getting special treatment, it's just he has the means to pay for every legal option the US law allows. That is his advantage, not that he knows people in Immigration.

People that actually cotribute something POSITIVE…? so sad.

He should be deported, just like any other criminal. He's endangering our citizens. Besides,he's not old enough to drink and it should be zero tolerance for that, no matter what your means ($$).

Deport. Deport. Deport. Let Canada's taxpayers pay for his jail time that will surely come if he continues on this downward spiral.
