Justin Bieber May Not Have Been Drag Racing! Technology Says Cops Made Up The Fast Facts!

| Filed under: Legal MattersJustin Bieber

justin bieber arrest police false facts

Could they really have made this much up?!

Justin Bieber was arrested last Thursday, when the police said that the 19-year-old singer was drag racing with his friend Khalil in two sports cars.

According to the police report, the cars were going between 55-60 MPH at 4am on the 2600 block of Pine Tree Drive, which they clocked after following the two teens for 15 blocks. The cops also said that two SUVs in the party blocked traffic for the race to take place, and that the Biebs reeked of booze.

But according to technology, these are LIES!

Justin and Khalil’s Lamborghini and Ferrari were rented from a place that puts GPS in their cars, which also calculated their speed.

So, how fast was Justin going?

As of 4am, according to the devices, the cars were only driving 27 MPH on the 3500 block of Pine Tree Drive.

In fact, the only two times that either car went over the speed limit was way before the arrest, when one car was going 52 MPH in a 50 MPH zone, and it quickly slowed down. That was the only time either car went above 50 MPH the whole night.

The other time they sped was when one car was driving 34 MPH in a 30 MPH zone, and that car slowed down too.

ALSO, as we previously mentioned, the PoPo said that JB ‘reeked’ of alcohol, but his 0.014 BAC is almost too small an amount to measure at all!

WOW! This is a whole lot of new info, and it's starting to seem like the cops really did just have it out for Justin.

We’re glad he was responsible and wasn’t speeding, but this underage drinking thing must stop!

Drunk driving is drunk driving. That little ignorant assshole should NEVER have a drink before he gets behind the wheel of a car, especially since he is only 19. Please for God's sake do not justify his actions.

  3. 3

Re: emily – I totally agree. But shame on the cops for exaggerating.

His DUI and drag racing arrest in a yellow Lamborghini convertible on Miami wasn't the first time he's gotten in trouble in a Lamborghini. Or the second. Or the third.

When he was in Dubai in May, he racked up six speeding tickets in a Lamborghini Aventador

Really? What's going on down there in Florida exactly?

  7. 7

This is just a rumor….meaning has no basis in fact and was probably started by JBs team. Whatever happens the law of this country says he is too young to drink. If he wants to stay in this country he needs to learn to obey our laws.

like Robert responded I am surprised that someone able to profit $5896 in 4 weeks on the computer . browse around this web-site>>> WWW.TEC80.COM

his lawyer is Roy Black. Which pretty much means justin gets a get out of jail free card.

Ferrari and Lamborghini totally changed the 'devices' to read whatever Bieber wanted to read. This is so ridiculous. I love Justin, but he needs some type of punishment!

  11. 11

What are the sources of these "technology" findings. Smells of damage control by the Bieber camp.

Sounds to me like someone was paid off to clean up the cars.

A gps from the car he was driving? really? how do we know that wasn't tampered with? He sure has enough money to do so… And with Beiber having the reputation to quickly call out anyone making up stories about him a liar, he didn't utter a word except comparing himself to Michael Jackson.. Otherwise why wasn't he the 1st person to cry foul?!?

The cops should be suspended without pay!

Can't he just fade into obscurity anyway?

  16. 16

Who ever is saying this is what really happened needs 2 talk 2 Justin because he has already admitted 2 the cops that he was drag racing, drinking and smoking pot. So who is trying 2 make this sound like the cops have it in 4 him? Interesting

I know one thing if the police lied. that police cheif maybe in a whole lot of trouble over this arrest now. I bet he doesn't want to hear this It could mean some change are coming to that police department shortly and a retire fedral Judge said that the police have been know to make up stuff for they can justifried the arrested. that police Department has a problem with doing it repeatingly.

Re: emily – what the fuck bitch are you 10? the legal limit is 0.08… he was 0.014… he wasnt drunk at all! dont talk about what you dont know hater!

    20

Re: lena – LEGALLY ANYTHING above a .0000 is a crime for someone his age. It's "Minor in possession of alcohol" dont talk about what you don't know, clown.

  21. 21

Re: emily – Emily, if this report is true, I would believe technology over cops any day of the week. For the conspiracy theorists talking about the gps being tampered with, the police are the once who took the Breathalyzer that came up with the 0.014 blood alcohol level. Drunk? It only takes 1 teaspoon of cough syrup to reach a BAC of 0.01.

Justin may be troubled but if this report is true, he just ran into some crooked Florida cops. Puts an entire different twist on the "resisting arrest without violence" charge.

  22. 22

Re: 19isnt21 – only takes 1 teaspoon of cough syrup to reach a BAC of 0.01. It's illegal for you to take cough medicine under 21? Sugar alcohol is in fruit juice and PAM cooking spray. Think people. It's illegal to drink not illegal to have alcohol in your blood.

    23

Justin should be apoligized to. I'm still a BELIEBER but the cops need to tell the truth. I knew Justin wouldn't do this. I just wish they would tell the truth instead of lie just like the media.

  24. MIke says – reply to this

    24

Does it really matter anymore? Lets not forget what he DID do wrong and break the law. He is a minor. Must be 21 to purchase and consume alcohol in the USA. Expired License is another (shoulda got him on that one in California causing his neighbors grief). High on Drugs. Didn't happen in Colorado! Not a crime to be a total loser, but it should be in this case!

He isn't above the law and he needs to realize that. You cant harass people, drive drunk, do drugs, and think you are some wanna be gangsta. Total LOSER!!! His flame is gone and they are doing what they can to try and keep him in the news. Remember lady gaga? She is just as pathetic yesterdays news. Nobody cares anymore. Justins family should be disgusted in themselves. Wait til this guy dies doing some ignorant stunt…then everyone will be saying…"why didn't the police stop him before this happened".

not underage in Canada. he is a kid let him be.

  27. sarah says – reply to this

    27

Its true he shouldn't drink underage, but he is from Ontario and the drinking age is 19+ which isn't that much of a big of a deal. Though he should follow the rules when he is in the States

  28. bup says – reply to this

    28

he never broke 52 in a rented lamboughini? kid should be ashamed of himself

  29. LD says – reply to this

    29

Regardless of if the report had discrepancies… he is still a minor so ANY blood alcohol level while driving is illegal.

  30. Ra-Bish says – reply to this

    30

Vidoe showing he was driving "slowly" has had the frame rate dropped. Full speed video he was flogging along as seen by the police car giving chase.

[re=6621203]Re: April9999 "This is just a rumor….meaning has no basis in fact and was probably started by JBs team."

No, it came from the president of the company that owns both cars.

" Whatever happens the law of this country says he is too young to drink"

As if he's the first 19 year old that's had a beer. Good lord.

  32. 32

Re: Joanna – "Ferrari and Lamborghini totally changed the 'devices' to read whatever Bieber wanted to read." - LOL - hilarious! It's GPS data - you think they reprogrammed the satellite!?

Or maybe, just maybe, the cops exaggerated what they said they saw, like, say, they did with his BAC or the claim he "reeked" of alcohol. You don't smell of booze when you virtually have zero booze in you.

  33. 33

    Re: LD

Not according to Florida law. From the Florida DMV's website:

Zero Tolerance for Drivers under 21

Florida has a Zero Tolerance law for drivers under 21. This means that any driver under 21 that is stopped by law enforcement and has a blood alcohol level of .02 or higher will automatically have their Florida drivers license suspended for 6 months.

    Bieber blew 0.014.

  34. 34

Re: sirfurdude – The source is the owner of the company that rents the cars.

  35. 35

Re: KC – Why is that more likely than the cops made it up to justify the stop? After all we know his BAC was 0.014, or pretty much nothing, which would mean he couldn't possibly have 'reeked' of alcohol as the police first claimed.

  36. 36

Re: MIke – "Does it really matter anymore? Lets not forget what he DID do wrong and break the law. He is a minor. Must be 21 to purchase and consume alcohol in the USA."

Yes, he is probably the first person under 21 to drink a beer.

    " Expired License is another"

    Again, major crime, LOL.

"High on Drugs." You have no idea how much pot he smoked or when he smoked it, nor do you know what prescription medication he was taking. For all you know he smoked a joint 5 hours earlier and took an allergy pill, neither of which would have meant he was impaired at 4 am when he was stopped.

  37. Alexis says – reply to this

    37

You people are like scattering for reasons to hate him now. He WASN'T drag racing, theres video evidence and gps readings. He was NOT drunk driving. .014 is literally so low you could get the same reading after using mouthwash. Justin was NOT in the wrong here, for once, and the cops need to be punished for fabricating stories and making him go to jail!

  38. Rick says – reply to this

    38

He needs to be careful, the lambo has an accelerometer. A few charts and graphs from the data will prove he was driving recklessly. You can still be reckless and not break the speed limit on a road.

  39. Petra Van Goor says – reply to this

    39

Underage drinking? He's 19 for crying out loud. Old enough to vote, drive and even join the military. According to Dutch law that is not underage drinking.
