justin bieber happily leaves south beach hotel splash

Now we know why he was smiling!

Justin Bieber was spotted leaving his Miami hotel on Friday night and he couldn’t have looked happier as he made his way through a crowd of Beliebers.

He even stopped to give some lucky fans his John Hancock!

Earlier, the news broke that the police reports filed when the Biebs was arrested may have had some flaws in them, which could mean good news for Justin.

Hopefully after leaving his hotel, the pop star had a safe, drug-free, law-abiding night!

His fame will never fade away, that's something i've noticed. Despite all the prediction, i feel like he will forever be the guy that everyone will rather like or dislike, but will always be the talk of the day, the center of the attention, and that one person everyone is intrigued by. He got the it-factor :/

You don't know that there is anything wrong with the police reports. And if you think that makes it okay for a 19 year old to drink and drive you are a piece of shit!

Fudged my ass! Whether he blew a .01 or .1 he still was underage drinking. Illegal. He admitted to being under the influence of prescription pills (probably not his but I'm sure someone will 'fudge' a script for him) and marijuana. illegal and illegal. Drag racing just means that they were side by side, it doesn't specify a speed. I'm sure the cameras mounted on the cop cars will prove this. ILLEGAL. This is just an attempt by his law firm and publicists to make it seem like these cops weren't doing their job. I don't hate Beiber. I don't think he's a prick. I think he's a kid who was pushed into fame too fast. Giving solo concerts to thousands of people before 14 has to be stressful and the amount of people that rely on him for their living is large. The poor kid needs help. And badly.

That's fine if people want to kiss his ass and live in their own fake reality. The facts are, HE WAS DRINKING UNDERAGED. He admitted it and it doesn't matter what he blew in the field sobriety test. HE ADMITTED HE WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF POT AND ZANAX.. That is driving impaired by any standard. Are people really stupid enough to think he blocked iff the road for no reason? They knew the police had spotted them so the idiots slowed down. HE RESISTED ARREST. The little dumbass better learn to take his hands out of his pockets when a police officer tells him to. The next time, he may get a bullet between the eyes. His level of stupidity just continues to amaze.

If you consider acting like a self entitled brat the "it factor" then he has loads of it He will remain a "celebrity" like Kim Kardashian. His actions and reputation will overshadow anything he will ever do musically. He has tuned himself into a joke so of course people will talk about him…that is until the next cute pre teen boy they put on stage comes along.

Perez, your article has a typo… it should read "allegedly, flaws with $ signs that are accompany each flaw" :) Does the justice system think the public is that stupid???? I just hope the kid gets the help he needs…I don't care for his music….so I have heard one song he has song since the kid became popular…you don't want to see anyone spiraling downward, especially at his age….
