Re: Hipsta Please – You are SO wrong and exactly why this poor girl is a victim as well.

To the people saying she is guilty have you even looked at the facts of the case? Do you even realize that the prosecuting attorney has a history of accusing people of being in "satanic sex cults"? The Italian justice system is a farce! They already have the guilty party behind bars. This is ridiculous.

We believe in you Amanda!!! No physical evidence… no dna, no blood, no fingerprints, no modive — nothing of Amandas or her boyfriends dna was found in the room her roommate was murdered. The semen, blood, saliva, hand print, and shoe print all matched a man who is already in Italian prison for confessing to the crime. This is so sad and ridiculous. Dont worry guys! USA will NEVER extradict her for a crime she was already ruled as innocent and served four years she should have never had to serve.

I would love all you people judging her to get your facts straight, or better yet, go to Italy and be tried! Their justice systems is incredulous!~

Re: Janet – You just had a malicious guy that fiercely opened fire on a young teenager in a parking lot (zimmerman) and who was released on the grounds of self defense, this is way more incredulous than any Italian tale

Read the facts of the case. They were on a witch hunt from the beginning. No evidence tying her to this at all.

She NEVER been found INNOCENT!! She had her murder conviction overturned which made way for a new trial… this is NOT BEING FOUND INNOCENT!!!!! Any doubts I have about her are wiped away by those comments, she is trying to fool the public with mind tricks. Send her to Italy!

Everything about this creepy girl screams GUILTY. If we don't respect Italy's court system and our mutual extradition treaty, why should any other country respect ours? From a PR perspective, she might want to be a lit more sympathetic to the dead girl's family. As it stands now, her bizarre behavior and lies point to her guilt in at least the conspiracy to cover up a murder.

Amanda didn't kill poor Meredith, it obvious, but what she and Sollecito also didn't do, was to tell the truth from the beginning. Instead it seems they concocted a story with the fake break-in and I cannot possibly understand why. I can only guess that Knox and Sollecito were in the apartment at the time of the murder but in another room and ignored what was happening in Meredith's room until Rudy Guede left, almost certainly out of fear for their own safety. Perhaps they thought it was better to pretend they were out rather than to admit they did nothing to help. Perhaps they thought their lack of action might be taken as contributory by the Italian legal system.
Forensics say that more than one person was involved, which to me suggests Guede had an accomplice which would also ramp up the fear for Knox and Sollecito in the next room. Also, it's possible that the accomplice is still at large.
They then acted oddly, which combined with poorly remembered alibi's, implicating an entirely innocent man, lead the Italian police to smell a rat.
Meredith's family will never know the truth until Knox and Sollecito reveal truthfully exactly what they know about the events of that fateful night.
I think the best thing Amanda Knox could do now (from the safety of her home in the USA) would be to issue a statement of truth challenging Sollecito to do the same.

Anyone reading the book on this murder will be left without any doubt that this woman is guilty as sin,she lied several times, her phone exposed her lies, her computer exposed her lies, she should be sent back to serve her sentence, justice is already a joke in America, without this murderous woman making it even more so,she was jealous of meredith, jealous of her beauty, and because of that she allowed her to be humiliated and raped, rot in hell Amanda Knox

Anyone who has actually looked at the facts of this case can clearly see Amanda is NOT GUILTY. Its laughable!!! That black guys DNA was all over the crime scene and INSIDE the victim. He obviously is the guilty one. Not Amanda and her boyfriend of one week. Leave this girl alone already so she can get on with her life. And RIP to the poor victim. Dumb Italians. How many trials do they need?
