Chris Brown Told By Judge To Stay In Rehab & Continue Receiving Treatment!

chris brown judge says stay in treatment denies motion to arrest him washington dc brawl

Is Breezy getting off easy?

Today a judge denied a prosecutor's motion to have Chris Brown arrested over last year's icky sticky alleged D.C. brawl. Instead, he said the Don't Judge Me singer is better served continuing to receive treatment in a rehab center!

That's a break for Chris and apparently precisely the outcome his high-powered lawyer Mark Geragos wanted!

So, why did Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Brandlin rule in Breezy's favor? Well, His Honor thinks treatment is doing wonders for the troubled 24-year-old. He's in favor of more of the same!

In case you forgot, the pop star still on probation after brutally attacking Rihanna back in 2009.

Do U think Chris is salivating over this big break?

Is his rehab stint really paying off?

Staying in court ordered rehab and doing the work is 'getting off easy?' Hardly.
Give the guy a freaking break. It's probably the first time anyone with a brain actually really listened to Chris and what Chris wants, and guided him in a constructive way to help him find who Chris is and wants to be. If he's being given a break over something that happened when he still needed help, well then he's finally getting some of that help now. The more help he gets, the more likely the underlying issues will be sent packing.

Apologies to his mom on the brain comment…believe some males often take their mother's good love and guidance when younger, but take their examples of how to be men from other men when older. :|
