Philip Seymour Hoffman Had 50 Bags Of Heroin In Apartment! More Tragic Drug Deets Come Out!

philip seymour hoffman drug details

This is just too sad.

Philip Seymour Hoffman's struggle with addiction was known by the public, but none of us could've predicted it was this horrible.

We told you earlier that he was dealing with far greater demons than we might've thought, but now details about his drug situation the day he passed are coming out. And those details are absolutely heartbreaking.

It is now being reported by law enforcement officials that Philip had about 50 bags of what appears to be heroin in his apartment. He also supposedly had several bottles of prescription drugs and more than 20 used syringes in a plastic cup at his New York place.

This just adds even more pain to the already difficult passing.

We sincerely hope that his loved ones find some peace during this tragedy.

And we also hope that this passing helps others realize that they should seek help when it's needed.

    not suicide, rich drug addict.

What a selfish man! He had all of the money in the world to get help and he didn't. To have that amount of drugs in your home, and knowing damn well what could happen, he still made that choice. I don't care how addictive drugs are, he had 3 small children at home.

I understand what you are saying, but please be repectful. My family is friends with his family. He went to my HS. It is a very tragic loss, but you do not know what demons he had. I pray his friends and family can cope in wake of this tragic news. He will be truly missed not just because he was a terrific actor, but a great man.

Shame on you inconsiderate people! Those of you of the opinion that this poor lost soul was just a rich drug addict, a selfish person, a pathetic loser person etc etc etc need some help of your own. Please THINK, try some COMPASSION! Demons like these pop up in even the most "stable" families, not just actors, not just famous people, every day families like yours and mine.
If Phillip had all these drugs and died this way around or in the same house as his children, I feel extremely sad for them and that truly is devestating. To have lost a child to this also would have just been horrendous.
But the poor man has passed. I dont see why your bearing judgements that are so incredibly critical and strong can possibly help ANYONE now.
Anyone who has suffered with this monster of addiction, or someone who has any insight at all should understand not to be cruel.
You never know where life may one day lead you - you may have to eat your words.
For your sakes, I pray not.
    RIP.

Well, he never did any role, including the one he played in real life, half-assed, did he? All in, PSH; that's why everybody liked you. RIP.
