This is SERIOUSLY cool!
Just over a year ago, Sony launched their AH-MAZING, completely waterproof mp3 player, the Walkman NWZ-W270, and now they've just embarked on one of the coolest marketing campaigns EVER!
The company decided to go directly to the people they thought would be buying it…
BUT the coolest part is that they designed a vending machine for drinks and placed the mp3 player INSIDE a water bottle just to prove that the Walkman is actually waterproof!
How cool is that?!?!
Ten points to Sony & the ad agency DraftFCB for coming up with such an ingenious strategy!
We'd probably try it out if we saw this at our local pool!!
