Buckingham Palace has gone totally theatrical!
Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Queen Elizabeth II put their royal duties aside for a night of fun with actors like Helen Mirren, Uma Thurman, and Hugh Laurie in celebration of British theater and film talent.
What an honor to asked to THE Buckingham Palace!
The 250 guests - including actors, playwrights, teachers, producers, and directors - went to the White Drawing Room after shaking hands with the blue bloods and then enjoyed short performances in the Ballroom.
Sounds oh so lovely!
Kate even had a chuckle with Helen over the fact that her hubby called her "granny" at the BAFTAs because she's in so many movies portraying his grandmother! LOLZ!
Speaking of grandmas…
…the only way the night could've been better is if the Queen's adorable grandson Prince George was there for us to obsess over!
Then again, royal babies probably have an early bedtime. HA!
