Justin Bieber's Sobriety Test Following His DUI Arrest Was Straight Up INTOXICATING! See The Biebs Try & Walk A Straight Line HERE!

A heated debate has plagued our nation since Justin Bieber was arrested for driving with an invalid license, DUI, and resisting arrest last month!

The 19-year-old superstar's supporters say he has been targeted by law enforcement and unfairly persecuted by the media, but others feel like the Big Bieberoni keeps taking advantage of the criminal justice system with his money, fame, and high-powered lawyers!

Well, we just uncovered recently released footage of Justin's sobriety test in January and the footage is INCREDIBLE!!

It shows the hoodie-wearin' performer in a Miami Beach jail, desperately trying to walk in a straight line and prove to the police that he's sober!

Did he succeed?

Ch-ch-check out the vid (above) for yourself and find out!

AH-Mazing!! It's just like the Shawshank Redemption, except that the Boyfriend singer didn't have to crawl through a river of feces to find freedom!

Well, now that we've all seen the evidence for ourselves — what do you think, Beliebers? Did Justin pass the sobriety test?

And how might this affect a plea deal?

once again you over exaggerate and put bias on every story. He only stumbles once, clearly he is not as drunk as everyone says

Re: no – even if he wasn't as "drunk as everyone says" he got behind the wheel under the influence of drugs AND alcohol. he deserves to be punished, he selfishly put others lives in dangers.

NO… if he was drunk then im a raging alcoholic. He prolly got dizzy walking back and forth. This is stupid miami cops just thought they would get 15 mins of fame. I think the poor kid is being just that. What were yall doing when you were his age??

He was drinking and smoking pot underage and got in a car to drag race. If this was his first mistake I would say punish him and forget it……it's not so send him back to Canada.

Sure, he only fumbled once or twice. And yes, teenagers go through phases, drink, whatever. The point is that he made those choices AND got behind the wheel of his car. Regardless of how little or how drunk he was, he made a foolish decision to operate a vehicle while under the influence. Anyone under those circumstances deserves punishment. If he was just drinking, or high, and got caught somewhere, that would be entirely different.

He was clearly impaired when he got behind the wheel. He should be procecuted, and his "body guards", too.

    he stumbles once….
I get that he deserves to be punished for his actions to use a car while under the influence of drugs… but he doesn't seem drunk as everyone says.

It's hilarious how many people have so much hate for him, yet any post about Justin Bieber gets a significant amount of comments compared to that of any other celebrity. He definitely wasn't as drunk as Perez claimed he was…I was expecting him to walk in zig-zags or circles. Not saying he doesn't deserve punishment though.

Re: ashley leyhew – I was working 35 horus a weeka dn outting myself through college. I never went to a college party and got drunk. I got up at 5:30 am, got on a train to go to school for my first 8 am class, then came right home by 4, changed clothes and went to work from 5-11 pm. THEN came home and did homework. I worked EVERY weekend 1 pm - 11 pm Sat and 9-6 sunday then went home and did homework. GOing out getting drunk and being irresponsible was NOT an option!

does anyone else notice the guard checking and using his smartphone while he is supposed to be doing his job? This video shows more than just one thing to me. The guards are supposed to be critically observing this detainees actions and making sure the other detainee sitting in the chair doesn't do anything wrong as well as just be a GUARD, but the guard closest to the camera is texting on his smartphone. I can imagine many things that could go wrong in those few seconds when the guard "thought he had the situation under control enough to distract himself by texting on his phone". Work related or not, he can do that when all detainees are both locked up and not in open area and HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CRITICIZING THE ACTIONS PLAYING OUT IN FRONT OF HIM WHILE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PROVE TO HIM THEY ARE ARE NOT IN AN ILLEGAL STATE OF MIND. And, yes, per the law there are supposed to be 2 guards watching and must agree that the detainee did or did not pass the tests.
