Shailene Woodley Is Already Bringing In The Big Bucks With Divergent Set To Open With At Least $50 Million In Sales!?!

| Filed under: Film FlickersBookzShailene Woodley

divergent early numbers at 50 million already

Well, we're not exactly surprised by this!

The film hasn't even premiered yet, but early numbers are in for the opening weekend of Divergent and it looks like the movie is on track to make AT LEAST $50 million!

Not only this, but if those are the early sales alone then it looks like the Shailene Woodley headed film just might beat the first Twilight movie's $69 million opening weekend!

The anticipation for it is HUGE, so we have no doubt those numbers could definitely be a reality!

Plus, they've been teasing us with A LOT of music from the film, so that's an added bonus of enticement!

And, honestly, have you SEEN Theo James shirtless?!?!!?

Major hottie alert!

We're sure that just about everyone will be flocking to theaters to see it!

If the movie hasn't even been released yet how is it "on-track" to make X amount of dollars? What it really means is that the trailers are horrendous and the studio has paid media outlets to say this load of BS so people go "oh, looks like it might be a hit after all I'll go watch". I enjoyed the books but I think I'm going to skip this one, even though I like Kate Winslet.

I love the book, to be honest, but I'm not sure how the movie will do in theatres. Sure the producers take an option like Hunger Games did, casting a few years older actress to play the teenage protagonist. But I'm not really feeling it with Shailene Woodley despite she's a good actress, there's a lot of uncertainty from her.
