RHONJ's Teresa & Joe Giudice Plead GUILTY To Fraud To Score Plea Deal That Includes JAIL For Both!

teresa giudice pleads guilty fraud

Dun dun dun!

OMG! Courtroom tables HAVE to be flipping right now!

Teresa and Joe Giudice just pleaded guilty to fraud!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey big hair queen appeared in court this morning alongside her Juicy Joe, and while they were facing 41 counts of fraud, they decided to take a plea deal.

As part of that plea deal, they pleaded guilty to a number of charges including bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes which will STILL leave them with jail time!

With their sentencing at a future date, Tre is facing less than two years in jail while Joe is facing a minimum of three years. Considering they were facing 50 years, this is a win, right??

But more importantly, how will life go on with Tre in jail?! Bravo fans need her, her daughters need her, Fabellini needs her!!

Plus, how is she going to survive jail?! Although, maybe jail will be a nice break from the craziness that is Housewives?

They could give her probation community service and a fine that would be enough

Feel bad for her girls, but mabe they will change it to house arrest, who knows with these famous people..Me or you, down we will go. I guess she will write a book and take interviews for money while there. They will still be making money either way. Shame on the system..PS Hope all goes well anyway, don't like seeing parents taken away from there children. Will have a lot of time thinking about what you did. Be safe

They both deserve everything they get. They bragged about all the cash they had and spent on their ridiculous house on TV. Did they really think that didn't red flag them. Both act as of above the law. Just because she is a mother she doesn't just deserve a slap in the wrists, maybe this slap in the face will wake these crooks up!

2 or 3 years behind bars isn't punishment enough!! They both deserve hard core prison time. I'm sick and tired of people committing crime getting plea deals… WTF why even have laws, court system, trials for what ..? To cop a freaking pleas deal! I will continue to say " CRIME PAYS" ya' Al! And we are to respect the law…….WTF for…all you have to do is cop a plea deal and whalaaa! You get a slap on the hand, welcome to America where crime pays and seriousness of crime doers get to cop a pleas deal and walk or get a slap on the hand. Respect the law for what…….?

Re: Nicci ZRe: Nicci Z – agreed. It was that bragging that did them in. Remember when she went shopping with all that cash on the early years of the show. It's like who walks around with thousands in their pocket book?? They do think they are above the law

If it was you or I , there would have been no plea deal offered. We'd be locked up now with the maximum sentence, I'm sure. However, with the way their luck runs, they will probably have their own show before they can serve any substantial time. I do feel badly for their children.

3 years is LONG!!!! That's a minimum!!!!! I hope for their children's sake that Teresa only gets a couple months. How stupid of them to risk their family like that!!!!!!

Everyone makes mistakes. We all deserve second chances. Can any of us judge anyone?

Re: Linda – Please..they committed "CRIMES" not a traffic violation..what second chance? There were 41 counts "of mistakes" you chose the path you take. Decisions made are made..yes you can of course fix anything with focus and desire to do the right thing in the future. But these were conscious choices they each made. They need to pay the consequences. Their children will hopefully learn from what they won't see anymore.Parents who put their children first. And try to do the right thing everyday. It takes work, it takes spirituality. Hope they find the time in jail to learn what it takes.

It's about time Teresa took responsibility for her actions. She is the original Teflon woman "nothing sticks". Well, hopefully this time it will and as far as I'm concerned she can stay in jail for 10 years and it wouldn't be long enough.
