Justin Bieber's Egging Case Still Hasn't Been Filed! See What The Hold Up Is HERE!

justin bieber egging case still not filed

He’s not getting off the hook for this one.

Justin Bieber egged his neighbor’s Calabasas home awhile back, but the D.A. hasnt filed the case because they haven’t decided how to approach it!

There are reportedly two big issues that are keeping the case from going forward because they haven’t decided if it’s a misdemeanor or a felony.

The first issue is finding out how much the egged home really cost to fix, not just the $20,000 estimate the homeowner gave. They’re also looking at other cases and weighing the options since this was pretty blatant vandalism.

However, the fact that Lil Za already got charged with felony vandalism when he broke that $400 phone in jail is throwing a wrench into things too.

You’d think with all of that security footage they’d have an egg-celent case against the Biebs, but maybe that’s not the situation at all!

What punishment do U think he’ll get

Why would a felony charge against Lil Za effect charges against Bieber?

Bieber needs to take his freaking little ass back to Canada. We don't need his shit here.

I think the reason is That the Security video maybe not that good like the Police wants us to believe or maybe they are waiting for this DUI thing to get over to see. Maybe their a little different story between the dad and the daughter as well. Maybe they are fighting a munch them shelf it has to be on reasonable doubt he did it if their enough reasonable doubt he didn't do it then It will won't get charge but I am thinking they are waiting to see what happens in florida but since he moved out they may not care any more to file it. You think they would of by now. If they were going to Maybe the Police evedince isn't that strong as they would like you to believe I think the main reason is That the police haven't got enough evedince plus their a truck question now in the video maybe the District Attorney doesn't like the Truck in their why would Justin have his Car lights on if he was on his property throwing eggs and maybe they District attorney saw it on the Security video and didn't like what He or she saw.

Since they charged his friend with a felony for breaking a phone then he should get a felony for destroying someone's home. They already let him off for the pot, codeine and drug paraphernalia. He also cursed out the police in his home and at the station. Something his friend didn't do. Nor did his friend smile during his mugshot. He has no respect for our laws or laws in other countries. He is a little shit.

This case results in a misdemeanor because Justin hurt nobody physically. All he did was vandalism. He did not commit Manslaughter (Involuntary or Voluntary), Arson, or any other thing that would be punished with more than one year in jail. All he'll need to do is either a year in jail or pay a fine.

Re: MJaded – Because his friend was charged with a felony over a broken phone and Bieber destroyed 20,000 dollars in damage to someone's home. Bieber also did it on purpose while his friend
Did it as a reaction. The whole point is fairness. Why let a little dirt bag deliberately destroy property and get a lower sentence. That would be unfair.

Re: John southeast – The truck was there so they could see the moron do it. Four of Biebers friends left as the police arrived. There is NO doubt
That was Biebers voice on the one video. He even has motive for doing it. There is a history there. Bieber was racing around a neighborhood with little kids on the sidewalk, the neighbor went to ask him to slow down and Bieber screamed at him, said he'd kill him and had a grudge. All his neighbors hate him. He has no respect for anyone.

Re: JayLove0614 – YES and his friend breaking a phone didn't hurt anyone. But the law says it's a felony if you damage property that is 400 plus. He should get the felony just like his friend and others get. Why should he get a lower charge then his friend?

    Re: Paul
    Thanks for the info.
Then why don't they charge him with the felony and get it over with? Are they just trying to find a loophole somewhere so they don't have to charge him with a felony?

There is NO smoking gun… Nothing more than a case of a neighbor who has a established history of filing complaints with the D.A. office that never went anywhere.. The fact it has took this long to file charges proves the D.A. is scrambling to build a case out of weak evidence.. Being publicly humiliated if they choose to pursue this is also a determining factor.. Expect a decision that the D.A. is not going forward with charges due to insufficient evidence with a week or two.

Re: Dave – That voice is rumored to be a collection of outtakes and not a genuine real time recording. Reports have been leaked that the security footage seized from his home show Justin Bieber in his recording studio inside his home at the time of this incident.. How could he be at two places at once?

Re: Paul – That's not fair!!! It's just not fair!… Boo Hoo Hoo! Cry Me A River! Justin's lawyers claim he is innocent and when the announcement eventually comes that no charges will be laid due to insufficient evidence.. Then he will be fully exonerated! Then you jump off a bridge in protest!
