Steve-O's latest stunt may be on the tamer side of his usual CAH-razy work…
But it's proving to be one of the most legally troubling things he's ever done!
The Jackass star backflipped from a bridge into the shallow 4' deep San Antonio River last Friday– which could land him in jail, for realz!
But why, you ask?!
Sources have revealed that the risk taker is being investigated for deadly conduct—some pretty serious shizz, if you ask us!
Under Texas law, someone who engages in "reckless conduct" that could place someone else in danger of great bodily injury, is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail.
He could also be cited for swimming in the San Antonio River—because that's illegal too!
But we can't look past the fact that since people aren't technically allowed in the river, the only bodily harm would be to himself.
His legal team might want to get crackin' on this wet mess STAT!
