If he was having such a hard time walking, then why wasn't he at home resting his poor injured foot?!? That excuse is pitiful! I hope he didn't pay anyone to come up with that for him.

Considering that a full break will heal in 6 weeks I don't see how he can claim a hairline fracture after 13 weeks…..

Having a hairline fracture in a foot can take months to heal and can be reinjured as well. There is a video that Justin posted on his Instagram account back in December that shows him wiping out on his skateboard and this maybe the incident that he injured his foot. This may also be the same foot that he broke when he was 15 years old on stage performing as well. So having a hairline fracture on the same foot that was previously broken would be painful. This can be verified by his doctor and the best medical experts money can buy. It looks like Justin will walk away because he is innocent.

Re: April9999 – If this is his right foot that he broke once already when he was 15 years old and it was hurt once again with a hairline fracture then it makes total sense that it would take longer to heal. Not everyone in the world heals at the same time because there are too many circumstances that have to be factored in. Fractures can take longer to heal than clean bone breaks. That is a medical fact.
