The Law Beliebs In Justin Bieber! His DUI Plea Deal Could Mean Nothing More Than Probation!

Justin Bieber could get off REALLY easy for his DUI disaster in Miami Beach last year.

Prosecutors have not only abandoned charges for drunk driving, resisting arrest and driving without a license, but they are now working out a deal for him in a matter of days for the rest of his charges.

In order to make the deal done, JB's lawyers need to plea no contest to reckless driving, likely in exchange for a year of probation.

Oh, and they also will NOT be demanding random drug tests.

So if he manages to stay out of trouble during his likely probation, Bieby's record will be wiped clean.

Is this just another case of a famous face proving they're above the law??! Or was Justin really wrongly pulled over by the cops??! Perhaps we'll never know!

We can forgive, but we can't forget his bad boy ways and sadly, we have a hard time beliebin' the pop star can stay out of trouble if he gets probation.

Let's hope he proves us wrong!

There was never any doubt that he would get off easy. Stars almost always do. It is simply too expensive, and too much hassle to lock them up.

Celebrities always get off easy….look how many times Lohan was allowed to go to rehab when anyone else would have been thrown in jail.

I Wonder what made them change their mind. Was it the GPS reading or the relook at the sobriety video where the officer wasn't paying attention. Did they realize that the judge would see that and say the test was tainted or is the officer did want to take the witness stand.

From what I read, he didn't blow DUI. Did he even resist arrest? Can they even prove 'reckless driving?' I wouldn't be surprised if they fight this too, but I don't know what they have or don't have. Smells funny from here.

Re: @v@ – They most likely he will pay fine of 2500 that will be it I think the reason is the DUI video they must of not had the whole video the police may have cut it after the stumble which is a normal thing. Maybe they realize that they couldn't prove of the stop or was the new interim chief either they may have listin to people for s change maybe the city had something and lost it because of this maybe one of the club file a compliant on the city. Who knows

This whole case has holes in it! And if this article is to be believed then it comes as no suprise that the prosecution is trying to save face by offering this plea deal, their case against Bieber wasn't going to hold in court! I hope that his lawyers refuse this plea deal and take this case to trial! Where Bieber can prove that these charges against him are nothing but air! Driving under the speed limit is hardly reckless driving. No Justin's lawyers must go to court hopefully they will get a fair judge who isn't like these cops!!

Re: Zoey_Graham – Just clam down the plea deal is true but they havn't decide on the punishment and how long it will be it could be Just a fine or it could be 4 month to a year. who knows. Could it be that the commissner is having a tough time finding a New chief because of this case. who knows

Re: dr lucas – My dad who is 50 is a retired prosecutor told me he wouldn't have this case because after he founded out the policeman lied about the speed. He would of drop all charges. This wouldn't
of happen and if it did he would of rip the head of the police officer who did it.

Re: rosebud99 – Listen He would of got off any ways. The state prosecutor does not have a case he. A computer Device Like the GPS systerm has prove he wasn't speeding. A computer Device prove he was Drunk at the time he was pull over. He should of had to do the field sobriety test in the first place. The officer has a tendecy of lying to make a arrested based his misconduct. Half of those misconduct are for not showing up in court because he didn't want to lie and commit prejury which means lying see what I am trying to say. The Officer could be lying about him confessing. Now let's see if he takes the deal. The state Prosecutor has any luck lately on trails if you ask me and maybe the officer isn't going to testfried and with out him they do not have a case. Why did the Miami Beach Police chief retired so quckly after this stop kind of fishy to me. But He would of got off due to the Traffic stop being illegal and unlawful without any punishment. I said it going to be 6 month probation the normal for a first time offender. Expect he doesn't have to go throw hoops like other celebrities. I do not know if he is going to take this deal I hope he does but he may not and I can see him winning this case. They have no evedince to proof he was even Drag racing Beyond reasonable doubt. must have proof before the other charges are guility as well.
