She wanted to be drawn like one of Jack’s French girls, but she never thought she’d be signing that sketch seventeen years later!
But while Kate will sign just about anything, she will NOT sign that damn drawing!
"I don't sign that. It feels very uncomfortable. Why would you do that? People ask me to sign that [drawing] a lot. There's a photo of it as well that someone has lifted from a still of the film, and that photo gets passed around too. I’m like 'No! I didn't mean for it to be a photograph that I would end up seeing still 17 years later.’ It's still haunting me. It's quite funny really!”
Kate, you’re such a dish in that picture though!
We get it though. It must be super awk to have some stranger present you with a nude photo of yourself and say, “sign this please!”
But as much as Miz Winslet wishes that drawing would get lost like the Heart of the Ocean, we have a feeling she’ll be getting asked to autograph it for a very long time!
