Chris Brown Could End Up In Prison Over A Felony Charge! Find Out Why HERE!

| Filed under: Legal MattersChris BrownViolence

chris brown possible felony charge

This is what happens when you do dumb things.

Chris Brown is on his way to Washington, D.C. right now for his misdemeanor assault case, which his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is trying to get dropped.

But the prosecution just threw a bedazzled wrench into their plans!

They’ve filed the docs to take the case to a grand jury for a felony prosecution, and they say they have the evidence to back it up due to the hospitalization of the alleged victim. If convicted, this could land Breezy in prison!

However, Geragos says the prosecution is just doing a dry run of the trial and wants the charges dismissed.

We’ll just have to see how it all plays out in the court room.

Thoughts???

REMEMBER THIS Mark Geragos, was the attorney for Scott Peterson. Scott Peterson will never see the light of day again…..So Chris Brown I hope that you don't have to spend so much time in prison maybe you should think about getting a better attorney. Although I don't want to compare your case to Peterson after all he murdered his wife and he got exactly what was coming to him. But you do have the reputation of hitting or beating up girlfriends or the press.

Oh I more thing I forgot to ask is Mark Geragos allowed to practice law in Washington D.C. ? If not he is not allow to defend you and has to bring in another attorney to do so.

Judy, Chris only hit Rihanna not anyone else and if the prosecutor want to convict someone on a felony charge they need to convict everybody in the U.S who got into fights hitting people in the face. This is BS and the prosecutor in LA and Washington DC working together to convict someone for bumping elbows at the rehab and in any session at rehab you supposed to express yourself and how do they know, including us that Chris wrote that he is good in using guns and knives and judge should have ask questions and invesigate

The guy is in trouble for more a lot more than hitting an ex-girlfriend; he is regularly violent and gets into violent fights with people, he himself picks on people while surrounding by his posse. He has a reputation towards being very violent and frequently having angry outbursts, he on probation for the Rihanna beating but he is on the hook for a few more offences than that and the evidence is against him, because he continually chooses to act like a violent thug - that is why he may well end up in jail for much longer than anticipated.

sorry rihanna wasn't the person he hit lol..he got in trouble fighting at studio with frank oceon..frank let it go.then his crew fought with drake causing major damage in a bar.he was on probation and shouldn't have been all around that.the fight in dc just the topper cuz you know its never his fault..ha..again his temper made him throw a rock through his mom car window..his butt needs to calm down.smh

Seems like he has anger management issues (didn't he get ordered to rehab for that?) and might need a bit of time in jail or prison depending on how he is charged to cool his heels.

This constant need to have a scapegoat to allow the mass to evacuate its frustration! simply..Amazing..
We swim in total collective delirium.. The masquerade will not last forever and we will need very soon, find a new one to serve as punching bag!

@post#8- You need to re-examine WHO ended up as the punching bags. A girl singer, and then this other guy somehow ends up in hospital with his injuries. Someone put him in the hospital.

They let Lindsay get away with all sorts of behavior that was actually a felony. But it was pleaded down to misdemeanors.
How come the white bitch gets away with it but the black man gets the book thrown at him over technicalities?
    The system is very unfair.

    Re: Ty

Please before dropping the race card, understand that CB pled guilty to FELONY ASSAULT. He PLED GUILTY. He should have gone to prison, but got a sweetheart deal which let him off with probation and community service. All he had to do was stay out of trouble And complete his community service. That's it. He agreed to those terms because he didn't want to do the time for doing the crime. Well, he's violated the terms of his probation on many occasions and should've been gone to prison. He was lucky…until that DC case. He pressed his luck and it finally ran out. When you're on probation you have to keep your nose clean.

Re: Ty – Felony Assault is more serious. You can't lay your hands on another. Nothing to do with race. Brown has already previously been given huge breaks that the average man or woman would NOT get.

Re: JudyRe: Judy – In most states attorneys are allowed to practice temporarily on a single case that also involves their bar states. Most attorneys especially in this high profile case will also bring in local counsel who know the judges and local laws to assist them in the case. Chris Browns problem is he CAN NOT accept a plea deal as that would be an admission of violation of parole, and thus he will be in jail for his vicious beating of Rhianna. Mark is obviously desperate he keeps making statements such as this is the most investigated misdemeanor ever, but in reality anyone but Chris Brown would still be in prison from the original beating.

Re: JB – Chris Brown is a VIOLENT CONVICTED FELON, he has broken probation many times, faked community service, threw a chair out of GMA which should have been a felony, got in fight with Drake, thrown out of 2 not 1 Rehabs, including throwing a brick through his own moms car window (she must be so proud) and during his second rehab not only touching elbows but bragging/threats about how good he was with weapons and REFUSING a MANDATORY drug test. Oh he also got caught stopping by a party while returning home from an approved appearance. This thug who has a freaking neck tattoo of a Rhianna like women with a black eye needs some serious jail time. He cries I feel like a caged animal, hello maybe you should have though about that before you beat up Rhianna
