This is terribly sad.

Hollywood legend Mickey Rooney has passed away.

He was 93 years old and reportedly passed earlier today. He was apparently ill for quite some time. We'll bring more details as they come.

After making his first film appearance in 1926, he went on to have a long and successful career that made him an icon in the acting business.

At the time of his passing, he was reportedly working on the film The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

You could have been a little kinder in selecting a Mickey photo to use

He was an incredible talent, singer, dancer, actor, director, writer, he could do them all, and not only do them, but do them well

    RIP Mr Rooney

Your sickening distortion of the Japanese Male in "Breakfast At Tiffany's" gave ammunition to racists five decades of cultural ammunition to bully Generations of Asians.

Good Riddance, Mick. I hope Hell is hot enough for your Asian-hating ass.

Re: Asian Rage – OMG … This is neither the time or place for your garbage rant. People like you are what's wrong . . not a movie portrayal from 50 years ago!
